MELISSA'S POV

I walked in circles with my hands in my hair frustrated. I had tears in my eyes and I was sobbing. Listing to the news killed me. I still remembered what they said.

"As we investigated the secrets of the Gauthier Lawyer Company we found a deep secret that we will hate with you. We found out that Bob's daughter Melissa was adopted and is not born by blood. Now the rules of this company they made years ago was that the first born child was to own the company when they were 19 years old,but they had to be born by blood. Will they still make Melissa and her husband to be still own the family company? We don't know and we are trying to investigate some more." The man on TV said.

I sat down on the floor rocking my self and trying to stop crying. Why didn't they tell me this? I didn't know but I was going to find out. I grab by keys and walk out to my car.

Once I arrive at my parents house I knock harshly on the door non stop until they answered. "Hello?" My mom says opening the door. "Why didn't you tell me?!?" I yell. "What do you mean?" She asks innocently. "YOU KNOW DAMN WELL WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!" I scream tears rushing down my face. "Mel it was your dad he forced me not to tell you. I'm so sorry you have to understand-"

"I don't understand. I HATE THIS FUCKING FAMILY!!" I shout and walk back to my car and drive back to Justin's apartment before he got home. Once I get inside I sit back down on the couch and sob. I wipe my tears away when I hear the door being unlocked. When Justin opens up the door I run over to him and firmly press my lips to his. He backs away at first and looks at my eyes. "What's wrong?" He asks me. "Tell you later." I say and kiss him again. This time he doesn't back away he kisses me back. We stand there for five minutes kissing until he walks over to the couch and plants me on the couch and sits ontop of me and kisses me again.
