4 months later
March 26th
Vanessa's pov
Well it's been 4 months and its close to the babies due date. They're due March 30th . Me and Connor are doing great and Stella is finally dating Marcus Butler.
"Hey babe did you get the diapers?" I asked Connor
"Umm yeah I think I did let me check" he said walking to the babies room
Ooh yeah did I tell you? Me and Connor got our own apartment in London. Yup it's really nice. We have a Starbucks across the street and Nando's down the block, ooh and close to my university. Also Connor finally graduated his collage like a month ago.
"Yup I got them" he said as wrapped his arms around my belly and kissed below my ear
"Ooh, I forgot something" he said letting go and walking to our room
I then felt water or something wet in my pants.
"Umm Connor" I said
"Yeah" he said back
"I think it's time" I said and he came running out of the room and helped me get down

Well they have been born.
Oh my god, they look like Connor.

Right now I have sleeping Max in my arms while Connor has sleeping Finn in his.
"I can't believe they're here" I said
"Me either" he said as he puts finn in the little baby holder (a/n: I don't know what there called ok, now proceed)
"You know I love you right?" he said out of the bloom
"Yes" I said
"I know I might be judged for this but i dont care, and I don't want to live alone or be alone. I want to be with you...forever and as long as I live" he said as got on one knee and asked "Will you be my wife?"
"Yes, yes" I said and he got off the floor and put the ring on my finger.
"I love you" I said
"I love you more" he said
"I love you the most" I said
"Impossible" he said
"You know what impossible has?" I asked
"Possible" we said in unison
