Chapter 10

It's a short chapter this time but the next one will be longer
(Adelaide's POV)
"Adelaide." Harry calls from the bottom of the steps. "I need to talk to you."

I climb off of my bed and start to walk towards the door of my room. Ever since Harry and I had that intimate moment he has been much calmer and more patient. Which is good for obvious reasons but also isn't good because my feelings for him what ever they may be are growing stronger.

I walk to the top of the steps and Harry is at the bottom looking up at me. He just got off of work so he is in tight black jeans a white shirt and his gang jacket. Why do I find him so attractive when he looks like that?

"What do you need?"

"Come have dinner with me I got take out." He demands motioning for me to follow him.

We go to the table and begin eating and he keeps staring at me but not saying anything.

"You look like you have something to say..." I say to him causing him to sigh.

"I do." He says looking away,

"Okay...what is it?" I say pushing him on

"I'm going out of town for work and you're going to stay here while I'm gone."

"Where are you going? Why can't I come?"

"I'm going to France and you can't come it's too dangerous."

"Then why are you going?" I ask back I don't want him to go without me.

"Because I'm the gang leader I have to be there." He says

"That's stupid you should send someone for you, I don't want you to go." I say with a pout

"Too bad there is nothing either of us can do about it." He says getting out of his chair walking over to the counter. He grabs a bottle of wine and two glasses walking back over to the table.

"When do you leave and who is all going? " I ask him as he hands me my glass.

"I leave tomorrow night after I get off work. And I figure out who all goes tomorrow when I go into the office. I know the boys for sure will be with me."

"Oh great." I say

"Don't be like that Adelaide." He says coming around the table kneeling in front of me. "Louis said that Kaitlyn can stay over while we're gone. We will only be there for four days"

Well that makes things better I guess.

"Fine." I say he grabs my face and places a small kiss on the corner of my mouth then goes to sit back down.

I've got all of Harry's clothes washed and pack ready for him to go.

I wish I was allowed to go with him. He said it was dangerous he could get killed and I wouldn't know. At least Kaitlyn can stay with me while they're gone.

I spent today cleaning the house and getting the spare bedroom together for her. Hopefully while they're gone the house stays clean so I don't have to clean it everyday. Usually Harry comes home and just leaves his shoes in one room, his shirt in another, his pants in the bathroom. He is just a disaster.

Harry walks into the living room sitting down next to me on the couch.

"I didn't know you were home." I say closing my book.

"I can tell, we need to talk about some rules while I'm gone."

"Of course we do."

"The boys are coming over here soon so we can leave for the airport and Kaitlyn will be with them." He says causing me to nod. "With that being said I need a way to get a hold of you at all times so I went out and bought you your own phone."

My eyes go wide as he hands me a gold iPhone 6. Oh my god I can't believe he got this for me I love it!

"Now don't try and do anything stupid I can see everything you do."

"Oh my god I love it this is so amazing! Wait I can get games and call you and FaceTime you like actually FaceTime you!" I yell,

"Yeah that's the plan anyways." He says laughing. "Ok there are already numbers in the phone you have mine the boys and Kaitlyn's. Every night I will be expecting a call from you so we can talk okay?"

"Okay." I say kissing his cheek

"Another thing I'm leaving you with one of my cards. If you and Kaitlyn decide to go out or shopping one day text me and let me know. But you can use my card there is more than enough money on there so get whatever your heart desires. You can also order food with it. Since you don't really cook while I'm here, I don't expect you to cook when I'm gone."

I nod my head still admiring the phone when I hear Niall's voice boom through the house.

"Harry you there?"

"In the living room guys." Harry calls back

The boys all walk in and so does Kaitlyn with her bag for the next four days. Harry stands up and I follow him as him and the boys walk to the kitchen.

Louis pulls Kaitlyn into a hug kissing her causing her to giggle.

"I'm gonna miss you behave yourself." Louis says to her as she wraps her arms around him laying her head on his chest.

"Follow my rules Adelaide. Don't do anything stupid or there will be consequences when I return. Make sure you keep the doors locked at all times." He says

He pulls me in and wraps an arm tightly around my lower back keeping me in place. He tries kissing me but I turn my head. I don't want to kiss him in front of everyone that's just weird.

"Kiss me Adelaide. I want a kiss before I go." He quietly demands

I connect our lips making him groan. He slips his tongue into my mouth. I'm gonna miss kissing him everyday.

He pulls away and kisses my forehead keeping his lips there as I wrap my arms around his torso holding him tight. This will be the first time in weeks I will be without Harry. I never thought this moment would happen and I never thought I would think this. But I hope these next four days go by quickly so he can be back home with me.

That's the end of chapter 10!! Wow that's a lot of chapters I'm usually tired of writing and ready to end the story by now but I have some good ideas for this one...😏 anyways make sure you vote and comment it really helps!
