Chapter 6

(Adelaide's POV)

"You're lying my father wouldn't send someone to kill you. My father isn't a murder like you!" I scream at him.

"Sorry to break the news to you but he is. He wasn't really smart while planning this he should have known these two men wouldn't be able to kill me. Now your father has a missing daughter and a dead son." Harry laughs.

Oh my god! It was my brother! Harry killed my brother! I feel tears pour out of my eyes as my mind is racing about Alec.

"Don't cry Adelaide it was for the best."

"No! stop it! I hate you so much. I don't want to be here I don't want to be around you right now or ever again." I yell at him running out of the kitchen up to my room.

(Kaitlyn's POV)
"Kaitlyn why don't you go upstairs and check on Adelaide." Harry speaks to me.

"How long has she been up there?" I ask kinda scared of the answer.

"This will be the third day." Harry speaks, I nod my head walking up the stairs.

What the boys did was very horrible. I am very disappointed that Louis went along with that. He said he didn't have a choice but at the same time I know he isn't sorry about it. Harry was in danger and I guess you do that for a friend. I don't know;  I feel bad for her. I can't imagine being taken by a man you don't even know and the man working against your father. Then come to find out he kills your brother.

I walk to her door and hesitate but I knock on it. To no surprise I don't get an answer the other end remains silent.

"Adelaide, it's Kaitlyn can I come in?" I ask, but she doesn't answer. I place my ear up to the door to try and hear any movement but still nothing.

"Adelaide I'm going to come in ok? It's just me." I say

I open the door only to find an empty room. I look around then spot her outside on the balcony. I sigh walking over to the door opening it causing her to jump.

For not coming out of her room for three days she doesn't look that bad. Her eyes are red and puffy but that's expected when you find out your brother has been murder. Especially by the man your being forced to live with.

I sit down on the chair next to her and she doesn't say a word. She's just looking out on to Harry's property.

"How are you?" I ask her it takes her a minute to answer.

"Fine I guess." She says turning towards me with sadness in her eyes.

"Why do you stay with Louis knowing everything he has done."

"Despite all the bad he has done there is also good and I love the good about him." I truthfully say.

I know Louis has made a lot of mistakes. He has done things that most girls would walked away if they knew. we have been through too much to walk away now.

"Can you tell me about this Zayn and Halee?" She asks me

"I can tell you what I know. Well for starters Zayn and Halee are dating and have been for years. Zayn used to be in the gang and in their little group as well. That was until he got mad at the boys and then he left. Then him and Halee both started working for the North America gang."
