Today was great Liam was a quick learner and got the hang of everything really quickly. We packed up the restaurant and both left the building.
As I was driving home I was thinking about Liam. His soo hot. I thought to myself. I knew I didn't have a change with him though because his getting married. I kept driving trying not to think about Liam. I turned up the music in my car and sang softly to myself.
Once I got home I went to my bedroom and took off my work clothes. I put on my pjs and went to sleep.
THE NEXT DAY (Sunday)
I was really excited for work today, I got out of bed and had a shower. I jumped out if the shower and put on my work uniform. Running into the bathroom I quickly blow-dried my hair and tied it up in a ponytail. Putting on my shoes and grabbing my belongings I left for work. I arrived at work and was really surprised that Liam was already there he had also set everything up.
"Wow! Your a quick learner!" I said to him
"Learnt from the best!" He replied with a wink and continued with what he was doing.
" The function room is booked tonight so we need to set that up as well" I said to Liam while reading through all the bookings.
"Oh I almost forgot, I already set it up for you." He said putting down a few plates.
"Wow! Thank you!" I said
"Anything for you babe." He replied walking to the back.
I stood there in shock. Why was he flirting with me? Isn't he engaged? I thought to myself. I shook the idea out of my head and returned back to work. It was finally 9.00am and breakfast was starting to be served many people crowed the restaurant it was crazy. Me and Liam worked well together he'd take the orders and I'd serve them or sometimes we'd switch. It was fun having him as a friend he was such a nice person. The breakfast rush was finally over and things started to calm down, I decided that I needed a coffee so went next door to the coffee shop and brought one. Drinking it down quickly I walked back to work and set out the lunch menus. 12.00pm arrived and once again the restaurant was packed! It was now 1.00 and time for my break. I walked down to Oporto and got myself a Bondi Burger, yumm! Finishing off the burger and drink I walked back to work.
5.00 had come and dinner was now being served. While I was working the thought about Liam came back into my head. Why was he flirting with me? Isn't he engaged? He's hot and all but still isn't this cheating? I thought to myself.
"Hello"
"Earth to Rihannon" I heard a familiar voice say.
" Umm yer sorry what?" I said snapping out of my thoughts
" You ok there love?" Asked Liam
" Oh yer just daydreaming" I replied
"Oh ok well better get back to work it's getting pretty busy in here." He said.
" Yer true that." I said walking away
The night had finally ended and it was my turn to lock up since I was training Liam he had to stay back with me so I could teach him how to lock up. About 10 minutes before we left it started thundering real bad!
"Oh Shit!" I said
" What" Liam asked
" I parked my car around the block and now I need to walk through the rain to get to it!" I replied
" Oh well my car is parked outside we can both get into my car and I'll drop you off at your car" he said
"Sounds great!" I said
