•Phase One•

Third Person PoV

"Welcome everyone to the first phase of the Hunter Exam! My name is Satotz and I will be guiding you through the fist phase of the Hunter Exam." Satotz clicked his remote and a large gate opened. "Now follow me"

Satotz started walking-jumping, which he calls walking. After running awhile, Leorio told Kurapika and Gon "He's picking up the pace!" "No kidding!" Shortly came after Leorio.

Timeskip~~~~~About 5 hours later

Satotz looked at his wrist. 'We're at the 60 Kilometer mark, lets see how many we have left.' Satotz looked behind and saw many contestants left 'I suppose we can go a little furthur.'

Gon's PoV

'Leorio is panting heavily behind me, I hope he's alright...' "Leorio!" I shouted "Are you okay?" Then I hear Leorio abruptly shouting "If I had the strength I would be there!"

Leorio's PoV

'Gon's too fast! He can't get tired!' I turn to my left and I see a white haired boy riding on a skateboard. "Oi! You can' ride a skateboard!" "What not?" He asked. "THIS IS A STAMINA TEST!!!!"

Gon's PoV

I'm just running and I suddenly hear Leorio shouting again.. "THIS IS A STAMINA TEST!!!!" I turned around to see a white haired boy just around my height. "No it's not Leorio! The examiner simply told us to follow him."

Killua's PoV

I see a green clothed boy shouting at this maniac about the exam, I then skated up to him and took a good look at him. "Hi! My name is Gon Freecss, what's yours?" I just stared at Gon for a few moments before answering "I'm Killua Zoldyck." I look at Gon, I asked him how old is he, "12" he replied.

"Guess I'll run too." I kicked up my skateboard and started running. "Wooah! That was so cool! I heared Gon say, I was surprised because I have never really gotten a compliment other than from killing which I DONT really like.

Third Person PoV

Gon,Killua, Kurapika contunued running for about 25 more kilometers before Leorio lost speed and just stopped, panting heavily. Gon looked back, waiting for Leorio and ignoring the fact Killua is persuading him to leave him

"AAARGGGHHH!!!!!!! If I don't care how I look, I can run any distance!!" Leorio kept blurting random things out about how he will do this then that blah blah and he dissapeared into the front.

I smiled at him and asked Killua "Sure! The last one has to buy the other dinner!" He replied. 3,2,1 GO! We shouted before we went running off into the distance.
