golden, grainy sand, gritty against my teeth,
brine's smell enveloping me,
my feet, sliced by wind's piercing nails,
my teeth are enamel barrier,
but nature's jeremiad sneaks past, through the guards,
she tortures me "Why did you do that?")
my tongue's a bristle,
my legs floppy and flinging vines, following the wind,
my veins have smoke, pumping hard and choking me,
so
