Castiel's pov.
The angels. The fallen angels. Every one of them, a human. Every single one of them, human. Every single one of them hidden from me. And every single one of them after me. Castiel. The ex-angel that caused them to fall. To fall from Heaven.
"The sky was lit up with the fiery grace of one million angels. If not more. And I was lost. So very lost. I had nowhere else to go. There is nowhere else to go." And I don't want to be anywhere else. I told the elder Winchester, as he answered the door that lead to the underground base. "Well damn it Cas!" He roared, just before checking over my body with a shocked expression plastered on his face. I expected the worst. It's all there is to expect with the elder Winchester. He had no right to forgive me. I destroyed Heaven. He would probably send me back to live on the streets again. Starving, in which is a new thing that I am not yet used to. "When was the last time that you ate?'' He asked, much calmer. This was... unexpected. "Ummm... Three days ago." I told him so he wouldn't worry that it was about a week ago, since I fell. I am still not used to this 'eating every day' thing. Or at all in that matter. "Ughhh." He sighed."Come in. I made dinner. You can have mine." This was yet again, unexpected. The older Winchester would never offer his food to anyone. Not even his younger brother, whom he cared for. The meal was small, and unhealthy, but, food is food. And when you have been starving for about a week, not including when you didn't need to eat, it is even more precious.
Dean's pov.
He used to be thin. Now he is just bones and vital organs wraped tightly with flesh. And skin being the only thing holding him in one place. It was sad. It was sad to know that the once mighty angel of the loard, was begging for food, and to stay with us. He may have just asked to lodge for the night, but I have the feeling that I can get him to stay for a bit longer.
