Chapter 5

Brennan's POV:
I was really dreading going over to the bratayley house because what I did to Caleb. I mean I love my girlfriend and I want to keep her. But also what Annie said stuck with me. Did I change? I don't know. Well it's Sunday and katie Ryan and me are in the car going to the bratayley house. When we get their katie quickly got her bag and ran to the door and Annie opened it and they hugged. Then I came out and her face changed. So I just grabbed my bag and walked in with Ryan. But he was stopped by Hayley. Mrs.Katie told me to take my things to the basement so I did and then came back up. Our parents were getting ready to leave. "Okay kids be safe, go to school Caleb and Brennan also take the girls to gym, and be nice." Mrs.Katie said then they all left and we had the house to ourselves. "So katie wanna jump on the Tramp?" Annie asked. Katie said sure. Then she turned and looked at me. "Caleb's outside too, but I don't know if you'd want to see his." Annie said the. Went outside with Katie. "Dude you like her." Hayley said. "What I have a girl friend." I said and she turned away. "You never said you didn't." She said and her and Ryan walked away. It's true I never said I didn't like her I mean her smile and eyes-wow I can't. I have a girl friend.

I went outside and talked to Caleb. "Hey dude, is sorry about the other day. I don't know what got into me." I said. "Well your girlfriend got into you." Caleb said. " ya okay if you say so." I said then turned and watch the girls on the trampoline. "Do what do you like most about her?" Caleb asked. "How she goes with the flow but still determined, her smile and her eyes the most, poise her personality." I said then covered my mouth once i heard what came out. "Wow you do still like my sister." Caleb said then went up the stairs to go inside.

Later that night Annie and katie made dinner and I was on my phone texting Kayla then I face timed her. "Hey Kayla." I said. "Oh hey, um where are you?" She asked. "I'm at Caleb's house." I said. "Oh is that girl their?" She asked and she was loins because katie and Annie turned around. "Ya." I said. " okay well face me to her." She said and I did it. "Hey girl with the dark hair." Kayla said, and Annie turned around. "Ya you stay away from my boyfriend. Okay? Okay good." She said and Annie just looked at me but I looked back at my phone and we kept talking.

The next 2 days were boring, we slept went to school/gym and watched tv and vlogged.

Today was Wednesday and we had Thursday and Friday off. Caleb and I got back to his house and when we walked in I smelled brownies and looked in the kitchen and saw Hayley cooking. "Good just in time for a snack!" Hayley said. "Can someone go get the girls their outside." Hayley said. I went because Caleb ran to the bathroom. "Hey girls Hayley has brownies." I said. "Okay, hey Brennan can you get the Frisbee by the dock I have to go to the bathroom and Annie needs to do 7 more back handsprings." Katie said and I agreed and she left. I went and picked it up right when Annie got done and we walked into the house together and went and eat brownies.

Around 8:00 we were bored with watching TV, so we all went into the basement and decided and what game to play. "I vote hide and go seek." Hayley said, she wanted to hide with Ryan. We all agreed. Caleb said he would be it first so we all went to hid I thought the perfect spot would be in Annie's closer because no one likes to go upstairs in the dark. I walked in and I tripped. "Owww" I said. "Sorry I didn't think anyone else would be in here." I heard Annie say. "Sorry." I said. "It's okay." She said and patted a spot down for he to sit and I took it. "So how are things with you and Kayla?" Annie asked. "Their good, thanks for asking." I said. "You know I do like you, well the old you." Annie said and I tended up. "What?" I asked. "Well I'm not gonna lie you were my first kiss and in liked it by then you go and get a girlfriend who changes you." Annie said and looked down, I lifted up her chine and looked at her. Then I went for it I kissed her soft lips, she hesitated but kissed back, I went harder and it became more passionate, she went along with it, then I hear katie talking with Caleb about finding us. Annie pulled away even though I didn't want her to, and then Caleb came in. "I found Brennan." Caleb yelled to katie then I saw Hayley and Ryan. "Where's Annie?" Katie asked. Then Annie come out. "Oh you guys were together, cute." Katie said. The rest of the night I was destructed. I was thinking about Annie. That night when everyone went to bed I tip towed up to Annie's room, and she looked like she wasn't asleep, so I went in. "Annie!" I whispered, she turned around and looked at me. "Brennan?" She asked. "I'm sorry I just can't stop thinking about you." I said. "Yeah me too." Annie said. Then she kissed me, then I kissed back, but then I thought about Kayla but I still kissed her. Then she pulled away. "I'm sorry, you can't do this to your girlfriend." She said then turned away. "Yeah I'm-" she cut me off. "Goodnight." She said, so I left and went back to the couch in the basement with katie and Ryan.
