Claude leads you and Alois to the dining room. There, Lunch will be served. Claude opens the doors for you. You and Alois enter the room and make your way over to the table.
The table is a rectangle and appears to be made of elegant, glossy, dark wood. The chairs match in color and have intricate patterns on the backrest.
Although one would normally sit across from the other person, Alois beckons for you to sit in the chair next to him.
"No need for formality, (Y/n), I would much rather enjoy your company rather than having to shout to hear you," Alois jokes.
You giggle in response, "I suppose so."
"Now, may I present to you, your lunch," Claude announces. The triplets come out with your food. Timber and Thomas bring out Alois and Your plates while Canterbury wheels out a cart with the tea.
The plates are placed in front of you and Canterbury places teacups and pours tea.
"For lunch we are having simple broiled mutton with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus all dressed in a savory gravy. To accompany the food, we will be having Yorkshire tea," Claude informs.
"Thank you Claude," You turn to the triplets, "Thank you triplets as well."
You begin eating your food, cutting the meat into tiny pieces for minimal chewing. You also take small bites of mashed potatoes and asparagus for the same reason. A lady has no reason to rush, and besides, it is unattractive for a lady to eat like such a pig. Or any noble for that matter.
Alois pokes and plays with his food. He jabs at the mutton a few times piercing the soft, chewy flesh as he does so. He makes indistinct forms with the mashed potatoes. His immature actions attract your attention as you look over at him. Noticing you watching, Alois starts eating instead, slightly blushing at the fact that he was caught playing with his food.
'Honestly, what a child.' You think to yourself rolling your eyes and smiling, 'How cute.'
You pry your eyes away from him and continue your meal.
Once You and Alois finished eating, You both get up and exit the room for the servants to clean. As you walk down the hallways, shoulders brushing against each other, Alois turns to you.
"Is there anything you want to do (Y/n)?" Alois asks, "We have the rest of the day."
You ponder the question.
"I don't really have a preference. As long as I spend time with you," You answer smiling at him.
"Well if that's all you want, I suppose we should just stop at the next door we see in front of us," Alois replies.Just as Alois says that, you two reach a door.
"Here's our stop," You say.
"After you M'lady," Alois says mocking Claude as he opens the door for you.You walk into the room and Alois follows you, closing the door behind him. The room you guys walked into turned out to be the Game room. There is a pool table, a normal table surrounded by cushioned chairs. It was almost like a parlour but bigger. There was also a large grand piano in the corner of the room.
As if in a trance, you walk over to the piano, swaying as you do so; It pulls you in like a magnet.
"What would you like to -(Y/n)?" Alois cuts off as he notices you leave his side. He watches you in puzzlement as you teeter over to the piano.
