Jessica's Point of View:

I stand there frozen not knowing what to do. I did not expect to see Tristan of all persons here.
Novak.

I should have known he would be the CEO. I'm so stupid to not have thought of it before.
Taking a deep breath, I take a seat for myself in the chair in front of Tristan's desk.

"Jess," he whispers clearly in shock to see me.

This is the first time we are seeing each other since I had to leave to go live with my mother in New York. I still remember our parting at the airport as if it was yesterday. But really it was just 3 months ago.

Flashback
"Do you have to go?" He asked softly.

I wiped the tears from my eyes   nodding slightly. He understood what I meant as he wrapped his  arms around me, hugging me   tightly.

I wrapped my arms around his  neck and buried my face in his  chest. I pulled away from him  slightly when I heard my flight  number being called from the  intercom.

I looked up at Tristan to see him  staring intently at me with a sad smile on his face.

He lowered his lips to mine  kissing me slowly, softly and so  filled with love.

I reluctantly pulled away from him and stood on my tiptoes to kiss him on his forehead. I quickly turned away from him and grabbed the handle of my suitcase.

I turned around just before the  gates closed and looked back on  the love of my life. I blew him a  kiss before I turned and pulled my luggage behind me.

End of flashback

I am pulled out of my reverie when I feel strong arms pull me out of my seat and wrap around my waist. I look up to see Tristan looking at me with such love that I felt drunk on it.

Without another thought I wrapped my hands around his neck returning his embrace.
I am feeling deliriously happy when he whispers in my ear.

"I missed you"

"What are you doing here?"

Tristan asked slightly confused.
I run my hand through his hair as a laugh escapes my lips.

"I'm here for the interview to be your assistant," I reply with a smile.

He shoots me his infamous smile before he pulls me closer to him. He leans over me staring at my lips and I am doing the same. Our lips are just about to touch when I feel a familiar churning in my stomach. I quickly rush to the adjoining door that I see and open it, hoping it was a bathroom.

Luckily it was a bathroom and I ran over to the toilet and begin throwing up.

I totally forget about Tristan until I feel someone holding my hair and rubbing soothing circles in my back.

"Are you okay?" he asks his voice full of concern.

"I'm fine," I reply huskily slowly standing up with his help.

"It’s just that I've been throwing up every morning for a week now"

I am expecting Tristan to say something but instead he surprises me when he pulls out his phone and begins typing away on his phone.

When whatever he is doing satisfies him, he puts his phone back into his pocket and hands me a glass of water. I quickly wash out my mouth before I speak.

"What did you just do?"

"I got you and appointment with my doctor to see what's wrong with you," he replies already leading me out the door.
I stop abruptly forcing him to thug on my arm.

"I don't want to go to a doctor," I whine digging my heel into the ground.

"You don't have a choice," he smiles lightly.

I give up knowing that it is useless to argue with him. We make our way over to St. Christopher's hospital and I get through fast without having to wait long since I am with a famous billionaire.

Here we are now thirty minutes later waiting on Dr. Matthew's to return with the results.
I am pulled out of my thoughts by Tristan.

"Are you feeling okay?" he asks worry evident in his voice.

"I'm fine," I say smiling at him leaning over to kiss him on the cheek.

He smiles brightly in return and kisses my forehead in return. Just as he pulls away Dr. Matthew's steps inside. Without waiting for him to say anything Tristan grabs my hand and gives it a comforting squeeze.

"Congratulations Ms. Allen your pregnant
