Tailing Off of the Nostalgia

Once hot  and bold,

Nothing now but rust and cold.

You were my knight,

But the shoe doesn't fit, alright.

Pushed it to be worn,

That's why it was torn.

Threw it away,

Now I'm free and okay.

A nice place to visit,

I won't deny the credit.

Not a good place to stay,

Following the narrow beam of light, it's a ray.
