** Charlie's P.O.V **

My bump is becoming a little more noticeable, i think i might have stretched a couple of beau's hoodies, i hope he doesn't mind. my hormones are everywhere, apparently, i'm further along than we thought, but oh well, me and beau have been talking more about the babies room, we have decided on a pale yellow and very pale green with a cream color carpet.

he seems really excited, don't get me wrong i am too, but I've been doing a lot of late night thinking, we all know that never ends well. i was thinking mainly of Luke, i mean, his brother is about to become a dad, and he won't ever be there, and if he is, i don't think Beau would like his two little angles near such a dangerous boy. i don't know anyone who would be okay with that. It's not like Beau is just gonna forgive and forget, i mean, after everything Luke has done to us.

i snap out of my thoughts, by James. He seems to be very protective since... i was... you know. i don't need constant babysitting yet,i guess Beau sent him to look after me. James and Jai have been staying at James'. Jai goes to collage every day, so James comes and sits with me and skip. Ever since we all found out i was pregnant skip and i have been even more inseparable. He was skipping school, not going to football and hockey, he would never leave my side. He even stood outside the bathroom door when i went to pee.

my phone buzzes. Not looking at the contact. i knew by the ringtone who it was, Beau.

C: hey honey, whats wrong?

B: hey babe nothing, im coming home. i quit my job...

he trailed off, i wasn't sure what to say to him, i stayed silent.

B: babe? please say something, i know its a big step, but i really wanna be with you at all times, in case something happens.

C: babe its okay, calm down, lets talk when you get home okay? just stay calm. it's all gonna be okay don't worry. i love you, i have to go. skip is about to burn the pizza.
i laugh at skip as hes not sure what he is doing,

B: okay babe i love you...

C:wait babe, can you pick up some cherry pie please?

he just chuckles at me, I've been eating a lot of crap lately.

B: yea babe, anything else?

i think for a minute then i remember that i drank Jai's orange juice this morning.

C: orange juice, please babe

with that we said our goodbyes, and hung up.

there's a knock at the door, it's Jamie. He should be at school, but then i hear a car door, it's Jai. okay what the fuck is going on. Jai has a cut on his lip and Jamie has a black eye. Not good. who ever done this to my brother, will pay,

" we have a problem char, " Jai whispers, i'm trying to put something on his lip. he takes my hand. i look down at my stomach, i cant see my feet anymore, then he trys to take my other hand and i pull away,

"it was Luke wasn't it, he attacked my brother? didn't he?" i'm trying to put together a sentence that wouldn't make me cry.

" i tried to stop him," Jamie hasn't said a word to anyone since, i sigh and go over to my twin. i nudge him lightly jokingly, he doesn't look at me, he just lets a tear fall from his red puffy eyes, never have i ever seen my brothers cry, to be honest i didn't think anything could break them, especially Jamie. He hasn't cried since my gran died when we four. this has got to be serious.

" J...jamie? please tell me whats wrong, don't do this again... i can't bare you going mute again." he used to get bullied and from year 5 right up till year 11 he was mute, but i finally got him out of his shell. but now my 6 years of trying to be my brothers rock, Luke fucks it up.

"i...i'm scared... charlie... i i don't know why he done this to me, but i feel like he won, i'm sat crying, he's probably at some sluts house," thats when Jai walked in.

" do you realize you are the first person to ever knock my brother on his arse then kick fuck out of him? you are the only person i know who has the privilege to tell people, you kicked Luke Brooks ass and walked away from his crew?" Jai had never really been like this, hateful, he never hated anyone,
