DOUBLE UPDATE YAY. Look out in this chapter for a little hint into a secret.
Gym. Why everyone is afraid of those three letters passes me. Gym is my favourite subject and always has been. Adrienne wasn't in the class, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it. In fact, if Adrienne was in this class, I would probably enjoy it a whole lot less as the whole time I would be taking her to the Sick Bay.
“Do I look okay, Harry's in this class.” I peeved in on a conversation in the change rooms started by one of girls, Jessie.
“Who's Harry.” I heard another girl say.
“He just started. I've heard a lot of stories about him, like apparently he got kicked out of his old school for beating someone to a pulp.” The other girls gasped. To be completely honest, I really didn't like anyone in my Gym class, besides Harry of course.
Everyone made their way out dressed in their sport gear. I had on the typical emerald shorts with white sneakers and socks. Mr. Simon instructed us to run three laps of the gym and I was more than happy to. Running was one of my favourite things to do. I did it often because my psychiatrist said it's good for me as it helps me relax and clear my mind. I was ahead of everyone until I felt someone catch up to me.
“Hey.” I turned my head to the right and saw Harry. Oh joy.
“Hi Harry, how's school treating you?” Probably good since all the girl have been trying to get with you since day 1.
“Alright. Where'd you learn to work up so much stamina?” He said looking me up and down.
“Practice of course. So anyway, just curiously, how many girls have come onto since Monday?” He started laughing and I blushed after I realised what I said.
“About eight.” He replied honestly.
“That sounds tiring. The girls back there were talking about you in the change rooms earlier.” Oops, I wasn't meant to say that was I.
“Really, what about?” That you almost killed someone and got kicked out of you school.
“Oh, just the usual girl stuff. You know.” We had almost completed our third and final lap and I was starting to feel more and more relieved by the second.
“Were you one of those girls, talking about me I mean?” No, but I can't stop thinking about you since Monday morning.
“Ha! No way, I'm not really into guys.” We finally stopped running and he looked at me with an eyebrow raised before I realised what just came out my mouth.
“Oh my god! Not like that! I mean I am into guys, but not in the girly-swoony, throw-myself-at-you way, I am most definitely into-”
“Partner up class and grab some bats for table tennis.” Mr Simon said boringly.
Harry faced me,“Well how about you be my partner so you can tell me more about how you're not a lesbian.”
OKAY SO THAT'S ALL FOR NOW UNTIL THE NEXT CHAPTER IN A FEW DAYS OR MAYBE EARLIER? So did you catch the hint? Comment what you think!
