Everybody was here, from a small table of depressed Lib Dems, to can't-believe-I-won-it Cameron. Kirsty and Rachel were in the middle, as both sides were homed to either side of the Labour Party. Rachel was enjoying a pint while Kirsty sipped her wine delicately. Their chat wandered from Kirsty's quarrelling party to Rachel's surprise election ('They just hated everyone else!'), never touching the giant glittery elephant in the room, fairies. Tonight was to relax, getting away from the stress that comes with hunting political fairies.
