well it's been a while since i've last logged on. to tell you the truth i sort of lost my reason for writing this. i was late going home from school and the whole school was already gone and there i was putting on my hoodie to leave when minghao appeared. he was waiting for me for more than two hours almost so i was clearly taken aback. before going home he took me to a near by park. near by as in directly between his house and mine which isn't far from our school. we were talking about nothing really just the little stuff. for example how he always wore a tank under his school uniform and how i needed to take a shower. very random things.

we sat down and the sun was going down so we should have been home by now in our rooms minding our own but here we were sitting with one another not even speaking anymore. i never had felt more calmer in my life. with minghao it was like that. he always made me feel like i was safe despite all the times he was the scared one with all the dilemma's he faced. weird i know you dont have to tell me.

"am i allowed to ask you out?" he randomly questioned and i was in that super relaxed state that i thought he was joking.

"why would you ask my permission in the first place." i joked and he slightly smiled. i never noticed how cute his smile was until now. as im writing this im actually embarrassed to say that.

"since you like my best friend."

"wait are you serious." by now i was up in his face sitting straight.

he nods his head only once with that same small smile and i lift an eyebrow.

"why?" i cross my arms.

"i like you."

"wOW my close friend likes me but the man i like hates me. it's a good time to be alive." i nod and pull away from the small distance between us.

minghao only laughed at leaned back holding his upper body up with his hands. we sat there and I contemplated life. jihoon hated me and the only best friend who actually listened to me liked me. minghao was kind to me while jihoon ignored my existence.
