The night sky fell into place as my eyes glared upon a young man with blue hair sitting cross legged on a laptop. He stared at me with surprise.
"McConnelcum is over there. Let's just get this done and introduce later, as that sarcastic voice ended just as he pointed to a building across from him.
I rushed past him and leapt off the rooftop and swung across a flag pole onto a lower rooftop then leapt towards the billboard sign and quickly dashed across then landing onto the balcony of the building. It looked really expensive but watching it blow up to bits would be funny .
I leapt over the wall that was surprisingly hiding my whole body disarmed one of the guards, shot an another and pushed my human shield into the third and with a quick glance of my target, *BANG* a blaze of gunfire whipped as a golden object shot right through his neck. I thought to myself "time to leave a mark" and rushed for the roof.
The chase was intense, gunfire coming in all directions, black suits chasing me from all areas I rushed by all while my body was vaulting over ledges and a car roof. I quickly glared at my profiler to send atom a signal but he beat me to it as shine of light coming from him.
*crack* a metal wire shot into the wall next to me as Atom came rushing down with a nice landing roll. He shot back up aimed a small crossbow then bang, another shot. Ride down it using this he gasped as he handed me an old bike handle.
"Best get a runner up" as I faced the car and walked over. As I turned around and started running it suddenly came to me what's happening. Matthew McConnely was the head of the police and now he's gone. It's a war. Phantom has declared war against the CtOs. I couldn't help but smile as I zipped down the line and landed roughly followed by a thrilled Atom.
"YEAH BOY THATS HOW WE DO IT" as his hand clashed against mine. We celebrated back for a moment then all went back to business. I looked at Atom and echoed.
"We best get off the streets head back to HQ" as I started running.
The streets became darker as me and Atom sprinted access the stone cold street when atom asked a question. "You need a new name something only Phantom knows who it is what is it? " . I thought about this as my legs kept lunging and decided it was time for an upgrade. We hoped over a fence and kept running. I couldn't see Atoms reaction but I knew he was pleased when my new name was officially announced.
"Call me Wrench".
