I soon reached the house and hurried because it was 4:45pm and I still needed to make the table and I needed to shower and get ready, first I set the table and then made my way up the stairs and got my clothes ready on the bed which was a adidas top,some light blue skinny jeans and some adidas superstar trainers and lace underwear and a lace bra.

I got out of the shower and dried my self and put my outfit that I had ready on, and dried my brown hair and then curled it and did some light make up and heard the door open and then close , "Lily, sweetheart we're home" I heard my mum say. I called back " I'll be down in a minute".
"Okay but shawn will be here any minute now".i think she must of been talking about the new neighbour.
I made my way down the stairs, as soon as I reached the bottom the door bell went, "I'll get it" I said and opened the door and was shocked to who I saw, it was mr mendes.
"Lily" he said
"Mr mendes what are you doing here" i said my heart beating fast, why does he make me feel this way?
"I live next door and your parents invited me for dinner, may I come in" he said politely.
"Oh yeah,sure" I said chuckling.
"Thanks"he said.
I walked into the kitchen and to where my mum and dad were preparing dinner for all of us.
"Hello shawn you can take a seat in the living room if you like" mum said kindly.
"Yeah,sure" he said.
"Lily, you can go and sit down too"dad said. "Okay" I said and went to sit with mr mendes, I sat next to him and we sat in silence and then he broke the silence.
"So,how was school today" he said awkwardly trying to make it less awkward.
"It was good, how was your first day" I said.
"It was really good, what is your favourite subject"he asked curiously.
"I love music and art"I said
"Why music and art" he said
"Because you can express your self in those subjects and plus I love to sing and play the piano to relax me" I told him.
"You can sing"he said amazed.
"I don't think I can but people always say I'm really good" I said.
"Well I will soon find out"he said chuckling.
"Dinners ready"mum shouted from the kitchen.
"Ok mum"I said and walked into the dining room and mr mendes followed behind me. We both sat next to each other and began to eat.
"Thank you mr and mrs frost, I didn't know lily lived here" he said to my parents.
"You two know each other" dad said.
"Yes, she is my student, I teach her music"he said smiling.
"Oh, so is she behaving"my dad said
"Dad"I said embarrassed.
"No she's actually probably one of the nicest students I've ever taught"he said smiling towards me.
I smiled looking down while blushing, soon enough tee all finished dinner and I went upstairs quickly to get my phone and I came back down and my parents and mr mendes were talking about something to do with singing Lessons and guitar lessons.
I walked in the kitchen to get a bottle of water out of the fridge, mum called me into the living room.
"Yes"I said sitting on the couch next to mr mendes, "your father and I and mr mendes thought it would be good for you to have singing lessons and guitar lessons and mr mendes offered to teach you"my mum said.
(A few hours later) We just finished discussing the lessons and we got it all sorted and the lessons will be every Monday.
We all stood up and my parents told me to walk Mr Mendes, we start walking towards the door and I felt a pair of eyes scanning my body from behind, I opened the door and stepped out onto the path and he followed me down the drive way and we said our goodbyes.
"Bye mr mendes,I'll see you tomorrow in class" I said happy.
"Bye miss frost" he said and walked over to his front door and cave me a quick smile and waved goodbye.
I went upstairs to get changed into a large top and got into bed, thinking about someone, And that someone is Mr Mendes.
