Ch 17

Matts POV

"GOD DAMNIT GABBY THIS IS HARD FIR ME TOO YOU KNOW!""NO SHIT MATT WE JUST LOST A BABY BUT WE NEED TO BE THERE FOR EACHOTHER AND THIS ISNT THE WAY TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS!"Before I could say anything else gabby ran to the bedroom and locked the door.I sat on the couch to cool down.A few minutes later I heard a crash through the bedroom window.I heard 2 Shots.Before I could to get up and rush to Gabby I felt a sharp pain go through my back.It felt like a knife wich sure enough it was.I headed the door close.I managed to drag myself to the bedroom and saw blood which I though was Gabby's right up until I heard a third shot on the side of the house.I ran/jogged and stumbled from the pain a little to the side of the house.I saw gabby laying there covered in blood.I rushed over."Matt it's not mine it's THAT BASTARDS.

Later at the district

3rd person POV
Matts and gabby sat side by side explaining everything.Turns out the two guys were working for Jame's family.Now they were locked up.Unfortunately the waters haven't settled for Matt and gabby.

Gabby's POV
I refused to let Matt take me to the district so I drove myself.In the car on the way back all I did was cry.Mascara running down my face I pulled in the driveway.I made it home before Matt and went straight to the bedroom locked the door.I cried on my pillow that I was holding tight against me.A few minutes later I headed a knock on the door and I opened it.I looked up and saw Matt and we just stared at each other.We pulled each other into a hug and stayed like that for about five minutes and just cried.After that we both sat on the bed and talked about how he was sorry and knew I needed home and he needed me so he couldn't just do that and get mad at me.And we promised never to have another stupid fight like that again.Then we just layer there.I was all bundled up in his chest and he was rubbing my back.After that I drifted to sleep.

Matts POV
I was so glad we worked this out because I have been an ass the past few days that she needed me the most.Now she looked so peaceful sleeping.It wasn't long after that we were both asleep.

When I woke up Gabby was gone.I heard noises from the bathroom so I Walked in and saw her again throwing up.It wasn't morning sickness this time it's definitely a bug.I rubbed her back which is the only thing I could to.Again I would take her place in a second.When she finished she rinsed her mouth out with mouth wash.When she was done I kissed her forgetting she was sick as I Laid her in bed.When I went to get her the trash can I was stopped when I started throwing up in the toilet.Dang now I can't help her.I heard foot steps running down the hallway as gabby came in pushing me out of the way before throwing up.We Both rubbed each others back in and off.I love her.

Seriously praying the next half hour goes by fast so I can see the season premiere of Chicago pd!💙
