Chapter 22

The past few days have been pretty boring but Keith and Riley's parents are coming down this week I think its awesome that they're willing to travel to the other side of the world to see their kids my trip to America was amazing I have a date with brogan today he says we need to talk I hope it isn't about anything bad I get ready for my date by putting black jeans and a T-shirt on
"Hey"he says once he picks me up
"Hey you said we need to talk "
"We will talk once we get there"
"Ok where are we going?"
"Just wait" he says with a stern voice I stop talking after that we get to the place which is my favorite restaurant we sit in silence for a while but after we order he pulls out his phone
"Fawn we need to talk"
"About what"
"What is this!"He holds up a picture of me and Keith sleeping together oh no faith must have taken it then posted it

"Then what is it!" is he yells
"We..we ran out of rooms"
"Why did you even bring him you should have brought me I'm your boyfriend!"
"I... "
"First you kissed him and now this I don't think we can be together anymore I thought what we had was real but I guess not this isn't even sad for you is it you don't care about me you care about Keith it's always been Keith"
"I'm...leaving" I get up and go outside but before I get to the door I hear him yell
"How are you going to get home" and I just walk out the door my place isn't that far so I start walking home once I get home i lay in my bed and cry not because he broke up with me I started crying cause I knew I was doing something wrong but I kept doing it I take a break from crying when i get a text from Keith he says hey I say hi back he tells me that his parents are going to be there tomorrow and they want to meet them I lay in bed the whole day aching Netflix only leaving my room to eat and go to the bathroom I stay up until 2 a.m watching my show then eventually fall asleep when I wake up its 12 I have messages from Keith and Riley saying that I should come over for dinner to meet their parents I text them back saying I will and go back on my laptop to finish watching my show I get angry when I see that I fell asleep watching it and a few episodes played while I was asleep this means I have to find my spot ugh I finally find where I was at then watch it until 4:30 I start getting ready I take a quick shower, blow dry my hair, put a short black dress on and finally put a bit of makeup on dinner is at 6 and its 5:30 by the time I'm done I decide to straighten my hair when I'm done with that I put on my black converse and head out the door I call a taxi and they bring me to Keith and Riley's house when I get there I see Riley Michael and two middle aged people who must be their parents I stand there for a minute when Riley finally noticed me
"Fawn!" Riley says
"Hey"
"Mum dad this is fawn my best friend and Keiths girlfriend" Riley says
"It's so nice to meet you" I say shaking their hands
"It's so nice to meet you too Keith talks about you" his mom says in a British accent Keith walks through the door
"Hey fawn I see you've met my mum and dad"
"Yep"
"She's prettier then she is in the pictures" their dad says I just stand there and smile
"Hey Michael" I say
"Hey" he says
"Go sit down" Keith tells us "dinners almost ready" we go sit down in the dining room I've never been in here before I sit down next to Riley and an empty chair where Keith will sit Keith comes in and puts lasagna on the table followed by a salad and sits down next to me we eat and laugh and talk Keith and Riley's mom and dad are so nice they adore Michael I think they like me after about an hour of talking Keith says
"Can I talk to you alone for a second"
Sure we get up and go into the living room
"So how are things with you and brogan" Keith says
"Oh...we broke up"
"Oh you deserve better anyways"
I smile
"Well we should get back there"
"Yeah"
We sit back down and Riley brings out a cake we start to eat that when Keith calls for everyone to give their attention he looks at me
"Fawn has lived here for about three and a half years now we met when she first moved here I could tell then that we had something I fell in love with you when you said hello to me when I'm around you everything doesn't seem to matter you were there for me when Riley got in the accident I've never met anyone like you so beautiful so smart so funny your everything I want he gets down on one knee taking my hands my Heart is pounding in my chest so fawntavia rosaline forest will you marry me?"
Yes he stands up and kisses me I can hear Riley squealing I break apart from Keith and Riley is just right there and she hugs me we sit back down and continue eating the whole time I'm still trying to take everything in he proposed to me I'm engaged
