In the episode "Barn Mates", it seems that Lapis has trouble sharing the barn or anything with Peridot. Then Steven helps Peridot think of ways to make her happy by giving her presents. We all know how that went down.
So here's a question: Since Lapis couldn't get along with peridot as much, why did Steven keep trying?
