Chapter Six

Sherlock Holmes's first thought:

It's bigger on the inside.

---------------------------------------------

The Doctor didn't care for the idea of a murder. But he was one for justice, so he planned to set things right.

And then he saw Jack.

-------------------------------------------------

"Dimentionally transcendental." Sherlock let out a low whistle as he gazed around the messed up TARDIS. "If only my blogger were here to record it all." There he was, thinking about John again. But how could he not?

The TARDIS hummed quietly. Sparks were flying everywhere; this was obviously not where the Doctor and his companion wanted to go.

Whatever leftover from deleted options, however improbable, Sherlock thought, must be the answer.

So maybe this 'Doctor' with no real name was an alien that traveled through space and time with a ginger. No matter, Sherlock had seen weirder things.

Travel through space and time...

John.

Sherlock had been stupid not to realize this. He was in a time machine. He could stop Moriarty from shooting himself. He could learn if the pill he had chosen to take before John shot the cabbie was the one without the poison. He could make fun of Anderson and re-live making fun of Anderson over and over.

Most importantly, he could stop John Hamish Watson from getting married.
