Week 8
I was finishing retrieving my books from my locker before I went to recess. Once I packed them all on my bag, I closed the metal door, just to see a tall man laying half of his body on the other lockers. Totally original...
"Hey." He greeted.
"Hey." I said as I put one loose lock of hair behind my ear. He smirked at that. "What do you want?" I said with a chuckle.
"I just wanted to know how you were doing. You're talking less and less on my class." He commented. I threw my head back and rolled my eyes.
"I don't know, really..." I said. My bras felt tight. I tried to accommodate them in a position they could feel comfortable, but they just didn't fix.
I let out a groan, catching the attention of Joshua.
"What is it?"
"I gotta change bra" I said rising both eyebrows.
"I've been reading a little about it," He began, readjusting his position "I read that by week 8, your boobs will start getting bigger do to the milk, or something." He explained. I tilted my head and stared at me.
"Really??" I remarked sarcastically, adjusting the bra once more. I turned around harshly and began to walk away. Not fast enough for I to get out of his arm reach, because he grabbed my arm.
"Hey."
I turned around. "I'm fine. I'm just bothered by my bra. I've been thinking a lot and the community isn't helping much. There's this girl called Mara, she's 15, she is 4 months pregnant. Honestly, she's handling this better than me right now." I complained. He shot me a half smile and held my hand very, almost too gently.
"Don't worry about it. If you need anything, I'll be here." He offered. I blushed and bit my inner lip.
THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW
Little did the young fellows knew another kid was listening to their intriguing conversation. Unlucky for them, the listener was smart enough to deduct that Lucia was pregnant. But, by who? She was surely talking to Joshua, but that didn't mean anything, did it? He was not to stay there very much longer. Thus, he fled the place.
As a normal teenager, he began to spread the rumors.
First, he told his group of friends. All, honestly very gossips. This person, not only told his group of friends, he told Lucia's group of friends. Or at least, the ones she talked to. Slowly, that day, everyone in the grade knew.
On every class, she noted a few weird glances, nothing too serious. A thought of what those looks might stand for, crossed her mind. The one that meant that her friends knew about her pregnancy, was one of them.
Once the school day ended, Lucia packed everything she needed. She was off to look for Mona. But, in her way, someone appeared that prevented her from getting to Mona on time.
"Hey, Lucy." Gabriela, one of her acquittances , showed herself before Lucia. Gabriela was one caucasian one. She had very long and voluminous brown hair, she was shorter that Lucia significantly. Gabriela was probably 5'1, whereas Lucia 5'9.
