"i can't believe you actually stood up for yourself", eunhee ruffled jia's hair, "i'm proud of you lil' bean."

jiadaye rolled her eyes, "ya, don't call me that it makes me miss hansol.." she pouted,

hansol's been on a trip with his family for about a week or so now, she hasn't seen him in what feels like forever. he always chooses cute nicknames to call jia but for someone reason when he calls her, "his lil' bean" it was her favorite. luckily for jia, he was coming home soon.

"..and if you consider running away standing up for yourself then i did really well."

eun laughed, "well whatever you did, it worked." she nodded her head in the direction of jia's locker. she was right, there was no jungkook in sight.

jia smiled, "finally."

eun laughed, "ay don't forget to meet me for lunch okay?"

"mhmm" jia nodded and as if on cue the first bell rang.

"catch ya later champ", eunhee slapped jia's bum before sprinting away. "ow! jesus why must you-" jia sighed before letting out a giggle- she made her way to her locker.

this is too good to be true she thought as she grabbed her things without any disturbance. she closed her locker and jumped in surprise when she caught sight of a guy that had been standing next to her for who knows how long. their back was facing her, she rolled her eyes. jungkook.

she sighed.

"are you here to apologize for the way you acted yesterday?" she attempted to speak but it came out more of a mumble.

the boy twirled around to face her, her eye's grew wide.

"surprise!" hansol showcased his pearly whites.

she gasped and barely had time to squeal, "hansol!" before he engulfed her into an unbreakable embrace.

"wait", he giggled, "who did you think i was? why were you talking about apologizing? and why are you wearing a long sleeve shirt under your uniform? it's hot out." he questioned.

"no one, and no reason i was just uh cold this morning", she waved it off, "when did you get back?!"

"last night." he smiled as he stood there with her in his arms.

"i thought you were only supposed to come back tomorrow."

"mm, i was but we made it back late last night and i wanted to surprise my lil' bean." he beamed.

"i've missed your face" she cupped his cheeks in her tiny palms.

"i've missed your kisses." he pecked her lips.

her cheeks immediately grew hot, "ya! you know when you say and do such things i turn into a tomato." she fanned herself with her hands.

"that's why i do it", he chuckled, "you still get all shy just like when we first started dating, it's cute." he squished her face in his hands.
