+a week has passed since jiadaye left jungkook at the cafe by himself. it was safe to say since then, he had been avoiding her like the plague. he was careful enough to wait for her to leave class before he exited. in fact she had barely seen him besides homeroom and history class, which he sat behind her in both. she was more than happy with the arrangement, she was completely fine with working on the project by herself. it had also been a week since she lost her favorite jacket, she had no idea on earth where it could be.
"and then he was like, 'you've been a bad girl' and bent me over the kitchen island and- daye? jiadaye are you even listening?" eunhee shook her out of her daze.
"hm? what?" jia came to her senses.
"never mind", her best friend rolled her eyes.
"wait did you say he bent you over the island? why would he do that?! did he hurt you?!" jia's eye's widened.
eunhee cackled, "jia no it's just something that he's into and apparently i am too because i fucking loved it."
jia's innocent puppy eyes blinked multiple times, she wasn't getting what her friend was going on about.
"god do you really have a boyfriend? you know nothing", she shook her head, "i'm sleeping over saturday night and i'm making you watch 50 shades."
jia's eyes nearly bulged out of their sockets, "what!? eunhee no! i won't let you in my house with that movie in hand." she protested.
"fine... i have all the books-"
"no!" jia replied as the first bell rang.
"you're no fun." her friend walked off on route to her locker.
jia rolled her eyes before making her way to her own locker.
she threw her bag inside and grabbed her agenda. she slammed her locker shut and swiveled her feet in the direction of her homeroom- but slammed into something hard, sending her a few steps back.
"ow, what the-" she held her head in pain and stared at the pair of timberlands that stood in front of her. she sighed knowing exactly who they belonged to. without looking up she attempted to walk around the culprit but it failed when she collided with his chest once again.
she huffed, "i'm going to be late, what do you want?"
"we need to talk."
"oh really? right now? are you serious?"
"nope", he paused as the last bell rang, "after school."

you guessed it, they both earned themselves a detention for being late to homeroom. what a great way to start the weekend. jiadaye was beyond herself, she was so angry with that idiot jeon jungkook. she sat there hopelessly thinking about hansol and how they were supposed to be together at that very moment. the more and more she thought about her boyfriend she became more enraged with jungkook. finally the bell rang indicating that detention was over, she stood up immediately and speed walked out of the classroom without a word. jungkook ran after her.
"jia!"
no response. he stopped at her locker, "jia."
she ignored him once again as she scattered through her locker.
"jia-"
"what!?", she shouted making him flinch, "you already got me detention! what else could you possibly want?!"
"look i did that because i know you wouldn't willingly wait for me after school.. i needed to tell you the train leaves at 9:00 tomorrow."
true, jia would'nt have met up with him but getting her detention on purpose!? jiadaye was fuming, but what was that last part?
"what on earth are you going on about?" she slung her bag around her shoulder and slammed her locker closed.
he rummaged through his pocket and handed her a sheet of paper.
she eye'd him before examining it, it was a train ticket to busan. she takes a deep breath.
first he blames hansol for the bruise he left on me, doesn't apologize, gets me detention and thinks he can make up for it with an unwanted trip to busan?!
he sighed, "i bought us tickets to busan.. for our project. i don't do apologies so.." he trailed off.
don't do apologies? jia almost broke out into laughter, she looked at him with a blank expression, "i'm leaving. have fun by yourself because i'm not going." she rips the ticket in half and lets the papers fall to the floor. she turned on her feet and began walking away but he quickly ran in front of her and stood, blocking her path.
"see i had a feeling you'd do that so i bought a third ticket." he waved it in the air.
she huffed in annoyance, "why don't you take haejin?"
"who?" his eyebrows knit together.
with a roll of the eyes she walked around jungkook and kept going.
"wait!" he went to grab her wrist and immediately cursed himself before drawing his arm back, "look i'm sorry okay."
jia stopped.
he sighed, "i don't say that often so take it or leave it. i didn't mean to hurt you, i guess i don't know my own strength."
it wasn't that he used too much strength, it was that she was too weak, she's always been that way. she just wanted this to be over, he apologized didn't he?
"fine. i'll accept your apology.. but i'm still not going to busan with you." and with that she was off once again but jungkook still wasn't satisfied.
he was determined. "i have your jacket."
she stopped in her tracks. she turned to face him, "you do?"
he nodded.
"well can i have it back?"
"the only way you're getting it back is if you go to busan with me."
"are you serious?"
he nodded again.
"what happened to not wanting to willingly spend time with me? hm?"
he chuckled as he made his way towards her with the ticket in hand, "don't misunderstand. this is for the project."
he stopped in front of her, "are you coming or not?" she exchanged looks between him and the ticket, he had a smug look on his face that made her want to punch him.
she snatched the ticket from his hand, "you annoy me."
"the feelings mutual", he smirked.
