The boy looked at the H/C haired girl for a moment. "Be my guest." He stated gesturing to his puzzle.

Her dull E/C coloured eyes locked with his gray ones as she nodded and joined him in assembling the pieces.

"Let's play a game." The girl said to the boy as she placed a piece down.

"What kind." He asked so bluntly it sounded like a statement.

"My parents taught it to me, they said it was a good way to get to know someone... it's called twenty questions." The girl told him.

"Just so long as you can not track down my true identity, I have no objection's." The boy called Near told the E/C eyed girl.

"I'll go first,"she moved a puzzle piece in place. "What's your favourite food?"

Near glanced at the girl. "Undecided." He placed a piece. "You?"

"It's F/F, future aspirations?" The girl asked as she concentrated on the puzzle.

"To be the next L." He answered as he placed a piece down."you?"

"To become a detective and catch a killer. I want to ensure that no one else has to suffer..." Her E/C eye's blurred for a moment. "favourite colour?" She asked.

"White." Near responded. "You?" He glanced at her.

"Mine is F/C." She placed a piece down. "Favourite number?" The girl enquired.

"Number one." He replied. "You?"

"That is a mystery, Near." She smirked slightly as she reached for a piece and Near's hand brushed her's as he reached for the very same piece.

They both looked at each other. "I believe that questioning is over." The H/C haired girl said as she frowned.

Near smiled slightly. "Perhaps. Although, I wouldn't mind knowing what my new Roommate hates, likes and who she looks up to the most." He looked her in the eye slightly blankly.

"I hate, M/H/F, crowds and complete idiots, egomaniac's fall into this category, I like clouds, games and F/S. The person I looked up to the most was my grandfather before he passed six months ago.." she looked away, she remembered his kind gaze, he was once one of the world's greatest detective's, top eight.

The door was slammed open by an obnoxious blonde. "Hay, Near, you blank sheep, someone just as Emo as you has finally appeared!" He shouted.

He then noticed the girl's presences. He looked at the girl with a scowl on his tan face.

"I see you've already meet.." He growled bitterly. He then noticed that Near was very close to the girl. The blonde looked between them for a moment before a smirk came to his face as he took out a chocolate bar and ripped off the foil, taking a bite directly out of it.

He laughed. "So girl meets boy Hugh?" He grinned. "I can't wait to see you a blushing mess Sheep." His smile turned slightly snide.

"Greetings Mello. This is my New Room mate, Snoopy. And, you shall never witness such a spectacle, as it will most likely never take place." Came Near's emotionless retort.

Mello frowned before a scary grin carved it's way onto his face. "Oh? Well when it does happen, I will have Won against you in predicting your movement's." The blondes Blue eyes were dark with the desire to win against his one true rival.

"Hello." The girl greeted stoically. "I, am Snoopy, would you introduce yourself?" She asked.

"Tch." Mello frowned deeply. Then I sly smirk made it's way onto his face. "I'm called Mello here..-" before he could finish the H/C haired girl smiled a closed eyes smile at him before stating, "Marshmallow." As she pointed at him.

The blonde, Mello, was so angry he threw his chocolate at her, it barely missed, as he stormed out, before he closed the door he said in an ominous tone, "I ship It." And the door was roughly slammed shut.

The girl, Snoopy, adopted a confused face for all of two seconds before turning to The white haired boy, Near.

"What was all that about?" She asked him. Near shrugged. "Mello being stupid again." He stated.

"Okay then." The girl nodded her understanding. "I appreciate that they took personality into consideration before rooming me here with you otherwise... It's entirely possible that I would have had to deal with his mood swings." Snoopy, as the H/C haired girl called herself informed the albino beside her as she placed the last piece, a sketch of Mello on the otherwise white puzzle becoming complete.

"Near.." the girl asked him.

"Yes." He replied.

"Why do you even have a puzzle of Mello?" She rose her brow.

"...I don't actually know.." he stated.

"How puzzling Near." The H/C haired girl stated duly.
