I know I have said this is was taken, verbatim, from the published book, but while typing this all out, I came across quite a few grammatical errors. The last chapter/section is essentially exactly what was published, but there were a couple of small things that I fixed, just to avoid confusion.

I can post pictures of the text if needed, but I will probably only do so if several people ask.
