Protector, oh protector;
Guardian of my body
Do not leave me, do not leave me here
Protector, oh protector
Cerberus of my chastity
Do not leave me, do not leave me bare
I long for you like the thirsty long for water
But when you are here, you fill my skin with color
It fills me with pain, but to you I am sycophant
I take the blues, the reds, blacks, and purples
But protector, oh protector;
Guardian of my body
Do not leave me, do not leave me here
