Glitch [DISCONTINUED]

Chapter 2 - Ink (Day 1)

I slowly trudge up to Grillby's. The basic people are here again today like always. I sit down at the counter. ‘Hey Grillby, can I get a bottle of ketchup?’ I say. He nods, and grabs me a bottle. ‘Thanks,’ I say, while picking it up.

Then, suddenly I get a phone call from Papyrus. Before I can answer, he hangs up. Huh. Weird. I put my phone in my pocket, and I walk out of Grillby's, and to my house. I want to know what he called me for. I hear talking from inside the house. It's probably the human.

I open the door, to see Papyrus talking to a skeleton? I just ignore it for now. I take off my jacket, and put my ketchup in the kitchen. I walk back into the lounge room, and look at the weird skeleton. What makes it weird, is that it looks like me, but it is wearing brown clothes, and it has a paint brush strapped to its back. It's eyes are weird too. Ones has a blue dot, and the other has a yellow star.

It looks at me and smiles. ‘Hello, Sans! It's nice too meet you. Papyrus has told me alot about you,’ he says. He looks pretty friendly, but I'm still not sure if I should trust him or not. ‘Oh, hello brother! While you were at Grillby's, I made a new friend! Why have you returned so suddenly, Sans?’ says Papyrus. ‘You called me, so I thought you needed me,’ I reply. ‘I don't remember calling you today,’ Papyrus says. ‘Oh, I must of imagined it,’ I lied. I was totally sure it did ring. ‘Oh I forgot! I have to meet Undyne! I have to go now. You two have fun!’ Papyrus says, as he runs out the door.

An awkward silence hangs in the room. ‘Sooooo,’ I say, trying to break the silence. The skeleton sighs. ‘My name is Ink. I dont know if you will understand what I am going to say to you, but I hope you will learn a little about what is going on. I don't know how I got to your universe, or why I can’t leave, but I know this isn't good. There is a glitch in 21 other universe's, except yours. Only one person is affected in each universe, and they automatically leave their home universe somehow. Around 21 other versions of you will appear here in the next 5 days,’ Ink says. Woah. That is alot to take in. There are 21 other universe's out there? And a Sans from each one is coming here?

‘Did you tell Papyrus this?’ I say, worryingly. ‘No, I wasn't sure if he would understand. I knew you would, because who better to trust than another version of you, right?’ He says. Yeah, I guess that makes sense.

‘Yeah. Anyways, you do whatever you like, I'm gonna sleep,’ I say as I walk up to my bedroom, and lock the door. I flop onto my bed, and instantly fall asleep.
