Chapter 2: Goodbye Georgia

HOPE'S Pov-

My parents decided to drive all the way to California since, we had all our furniture and I an deathly scared of planes since my cousin, who was the closest thing to a sister to me, was killed in a plane crash.

We've been driving for 3 days, taking stops and sleeping in hotels. I miss Georgia already, I miss the land, the woods, the people, the music, everything. Im gonna hate California. "Momma how much longer?" my brother asked. She said,"Just a few more hours baby"

Four Hours Later~

I woke up from my nap, looked out the window and I saw the sunset, it was beautiful. We didn't get sunsets like this in Carrollton, but I still hated the idea of living in the city. We pulled into our house, it was huge. It was right on the beach. I was shocked. I walked inside our furniture was set just like mg dad wanted it and how we wanted it in every room. The house had 8 bed rooms, bathrooms in each, so me and my 6 brothers get our own rooms, and then my parents room. I walked into my room.. I was speechless, it was huge, and gorgeous, it had a big balcony with an ocean view which was beautiful. I had my bed, dresser, tv, vanity, and everything in place. I decided I was gonna go walking on the beach, it was breezy so I grabbed my Mossy Oak hoodie, put on white shorts, and sandals, let my hair down and told my parents I was gonna take a walk on the beach, I grabbed my phone and went out the back door. The beach wasn't crowded people were sitting on towels watching the gorgeous sunset, there were couples everywhere which reminde me I was forever alone. I walked along the shore holding my sandals on the phone with my best friend abby.. then I got hit with a ball in the head.. I turned around and saw who I never thought I'd see again!!!
