Laura POV

My name is Laura Sokzace, and, I am the hottest girl in school. I could get any guy in this school except one. Will Solace.

He says he's in a relationship whenever girls ask him out, but I don't believe him. He's just nervous to admit his feelings for me.

That will change today. See, I plan on asking him out when I get to school.

I walk into the building and the bell for first period rings. Shoot. I'll have to ask him at the end of the day. I have no classes with Will, but my locker is right next to his.

The day flies by like a breeze because I'm excited to finally go on a date with Will. The end-of-school bell rings, and I hurry to my locker, to get there before him. When Will finally got here, I strode up to him and engage in conversation.

"Hi Will, what are you doing here?" I asked sexily.

"I'm getting my stuff from my locker, why?"

"I was wondering if you were doing anything after school?" I leaned into Will's shoulder.

"No, but again, why do you ask?" Will inquired, shoving me off.

"I wanted to know when to pick you up for our date. I would ask if you want to go out with me, but I know you'll say yes." I replied confidently.

"Laura, you know I have a boyfriend, right?"

"Well, how should I know she exists, if I've never met her? Anyway, she's not here."

"Actually, he's my boy-"

Will got cut off when some kid came out of the shadows.

"Do not even try my boyfriend! I'm sick of all you mortal girls asking him out!" The kid said.

"Neeks! What are you doing here? Have you been here the whole time?" Will exclaimed. By now, the whole hallway was watching.

"I can't stand all these mortal girls asking you out!" 'Neeks' said.

"What did I say about underworld-y magic stuff? No kisses for a week, Nico!" Will said, angrily.

"Aww, come on! A whole week? I can't go that long and neither can you!" Nico said.

"Wait, what's going on here?" I asked. I'm so confused.

Neither of them paid any attention to me, which was annoying. "Come on death boy. We're going back to camp." Will grabbed Nico's hand and dragged him out of the building.

"But sunshine!" Nico protested. Then he went into a shadow, smirking, while Will yelled: "Oh, your gonna get it n-." Then they disappeared.

A/N That was my first one-shot ever. It sucks, I know, but give me a chance because they get better.
