Cold had consumed the house, the smell of brewing rich chocolate filled the air.

I awoke to the scented air around me. It's been a week since my birthday, and today was the day I'd meet pierce. Last time I heard he said that today was the only day he would have free time.

Well more like two hours then he will leave.

Today was the day I would meet the pathetic future wife. The day that I would show her what kind of hell she was in for because her idiot of a father couldn't pay me back.

I would ruin him

But of course taking his precious daughter away from him was plenty enough. Also for my amusement treat her like sh*t, sure nick was an old friend to the family but its every man for themselves.

I would only do the necessities in front of press to get more attention for my company. After all money talks right?

It's actually sad because this woman I was going to marry had no clue what she was in for.

Nick Harlem must have cried his eyes out.

Frankly I didn't care.

People say I'm cold hearted, evil, arrogant and a monster. I don't give a f*ck.

I will fire anybody in my company who does one little wrong move, because I have the power to do so.

I had the good looks, money to spare. I didn't need to be tied down to some loser.

Sure I had women but only for a good time. They weren't aloud to stay the night,  as soon as I was done I'd throw them out like the trash they were.

" Richy my appointment with the Harlem's is in two hours so tell my driver William. "

Richard was my youngest brother of us two he was twenty-three and I was twenty-nine. We both had the same color of ocean blue eyes and pitch black hair except he was two inches shorter.

"  sure thing big bro." he winked bowing trying to joke around. I simply close my eyes to take in a deep breath. 
What a dumb brother I have

He was always playing around but of course I had gotten fathers company next. Richy on the other hand has his own company for making jewelry like Tiffany & co. In which I think is femine for a career.

I know the only reason why he would choose that career was because our mother loved jewelry. She had died when I was seven. She was a great mother from when I remember, so gentle with a amazing voice. My mother always backed up for us when our father was harsh. Until she died,  then my father took over and brought us to survive rather than love, that was the best thing he ever taught us.

Two hours later...

There I was in front of the old partners house I once known.

The house surrounded by stone was no match to my luxurious home. I had gotten out the vehicle and told William to wait here.

I finally reached the door ready to knock my hardest, to show masculinity.

" knock knock knock!! "
