I wonder now, what price they’ll pay for our manmade madness, the ones who are there at the end. Our over eager children are quite content feeding at the carcass we have provided. Licking blood off their hands with the same tongues that curse us. We are the great illusionists who only fool ourselves.

We have it all wrapped up in a bubble, cut off from the air. Sweet princess nature struggles in our grasp, our rusty iron chokehold as we beseech Gods no longer listening, for more. Always more, feed the want. The thirst for which we drink all things dry.

Law is laid down by mortals with marbles in their heads, weapons in their hands and hearts like silver lockets. Love sold for luck, slavery for fame and too many ways to blow your mind. Let the lights keep burning, let the cameras roll, record the final conclusion in the snuff film we call Life.
