Harry.

"Where are we?" He asks looking around the dark, abandoned forest.
"I said I would let you go, but there's a catch. I'll give a twenty second head start to run as fast as you can away from me and if I don't catch you in three minutes, you're free to go."
He tried to dash before I said, but I caught him.
"I didn't say you could run yet, now for that you have ten seconds. Now run!" I let him go and watch as his figure fades in the darkness.

Ten.

I counted and ran in the direction he was. I look down at the watch on my wrist that showed the direction of the tracker, that I had planted, was moving.

I run for what feels like a minute which went by slowly and I finally found him, but he stops. I stop too and take small steps towards him. I could tell he was wondering if it has been three minutes yet.

Not yet.

I grabbed a pocket knife out of my pocket, flick it open, and creep up on him.

"No.." I hear escape his lips.

I run and tackle him to the ground. I straddle him and stab right in his throat causing him to bleed a tremendous amount. I smile wide when the life started to leave his body. I continue to stab his throat until I knew for sure he was gone.

He finally was.

I sat up and gawked at his lifeless body whose eyes were now closed. I pull out the knife and glance down at my hands, they were drenched in blood.

I go back to where I parked the car, which wasn't far, then grab a gallon of gasoline and a box of matches. I got back and wondered if I was in the same spot. There was no body.
"What?" I questioned until something small and bright caught my eye, it was a note.

I saw you

My jaw dropped and I kneel to reach for the yellow sticky note.

It was the enemy.
