Rose.

I had not seen Harry since what happened. After the sound of a gun going off, people filled the room and my vision was covered. All I saw were two bodies that looked lifeless. I could no longer hear his voice anymore, all I heard were whispers then silence.

"Get her home." I had no idea if I was actually going home or not. There was complete darkness and there was no longer chattering among the group of people.

-

In the car I had overheard some murmurs.

He did that..
He did this...
He doesn't know what he's in for..
It's not over...

I had fallen asleep before I heard the end of the sentence.

-

I sat still on a couch surrounded by men. I held my hot cup of tea close to me as I tried to hold back my tears.

"Do I even know him?" My head shot up as I asked the question and looked each and every man in the eye. In unison, they all shook their heads from side to side. Their eyes shifted to the ground, not wanting to feel guilt for me.
"What...what has he not told me?"

"A lot my love." Louis told me. "He would have to tell you himself."

"Okay." I whispered and felt a lump growing in my throat.

I could not believe I was being lied to this whole time.

-

Last night.

My eyes were uncovered and I was adjusting them to my surroundings.

"Hello." An eager voice greeted me. I bent my head up and noticed three people above me.

"Where am I?"

"You're back home." I glanced around, this was not my place.

"This is Harry's house isn't it?" They nodded with a small smile on their faces. "Well where is he?" They tensed up and looked at each other not knowing what to say.

"He's being taken care of." One of them reassured me.
"Can I see him?" I bounced up from the bed hoping they would give me an answer I would like, but they shook their heads.

"No, he's not ready for any visitors." The man with the most facial hair told me then looked down at his watch. "Are you hungry?" I nodded.

"Well there's food downstairs for you. After you finish you can get ready for bed and sleep this night off. Tomorrow you will be able to see him." His voice sounded monotoned.

"Okay." I dropped my head and followed the staircase down.

:

I was in bed tossing and turning, I could not fall asleep with the thought of Harry being dead. I heard the creaking of the door. I covered my head with the sheets and shut my eyes, not knowing who the person was. I stayed silent and listened, all I heard was deep breathing then the door closed softly.

I threw the covers off me and whispered into the air. "Harry?" The door opened a crack then slammed, surprising me in the process.

It had to be him.

-
present.

"Can I go see him now?" I muttered but loud enough so they could hear. My eyes were locked down at the tea in hand when I asked. All I wanted was to see him.

"Liam will be right back with your answer." Louis told me.

"Okay."

"Rosalina, Harry is waiting for you." I dropped my cup of tea on the glass table before me and stood up. I glanced down at my silk robe and straightened it out. I walked out of the living room, passing the man who told me where to go, then I made my way there.
He was on the first floor at the  end of the hall. I walked down the wooden floor and breathed carefully. I turned to my right and looked at the plain white door. My hand rested on the handle for a second then I turned it. Right in front of me was a couch facing the other direction with its back towards me. On it sat someone, I could not identify. The person's head turned to the side and a smirk appeared.

"I'm happy you could join me princess." His voice erupted into the room around us and I felt something in my stomach.
"Come." He motioned for me to walk over to him. He came into my view and I realized his long hair was no longer a part of him.
"Sit." I awkwardly sat down next to him, still timid. "Not there." He frowned then wrapped his hands around my waist to pick me up and place me on his lap. "Much better." He smiled and I mimicked him.

"Your hair." I ran my fingers through the now cut locks. "You like it?" A brow of his raised and so did a corner of his lip. "Yeah, but why did you..?"

"I decided to start anew. Don't worry I'll grow it out again." His smile glistening even more.
"Well that is the least of my worries." I pecked his soft lips and he responded. I laid my head on his shoulder as we sat in peaceful silence. I pulled my head back up and stared at his face. His eye was slightly purple and black but a bit of the puffiness went away. There was a scar on his lip and another bruise on his cheek. I pulled his hands away from my waist and observed them. They were bruised also. They were covered with a bandages, hiding the redness and many scars.
"Harry?" I continued to mess around with his hands.

"Yes darling?"

"You would tell me everything right?" I raised my head up to see his face but it was neutral. "Of course."

"Then tell me." His head tilted and his bottom lip puckered out. "Tell you what?"

"Tell me everything I don't know because from the looks of it I don't know you at all." His eyes shifted to a dark corner, he was avoiding me.
"Harry?" His eyes struck back.

"I have told you everything baby, I'm not hiding anything."

"Really? Then tell me about this enemy and why you have one, tell me about Nathan and what you did to him, tell me about what you do to people who test your power. I want to hear it all!" I finished with a shout and a lonely tear running down my cheek.

"Please Harry, just tell me the truth. Who are you?"

He takes in a deep breath and releases, his mint scent filled my nose. "I...I can't." His eyes peered up to mine and they were glazed over.

"Why not?" I practically sighed.
"Because.." He trailed off and looked away.

"Harry? Because what?"

"Because you'll leave me if I tell you the truth." A tear of his fell.

"No I won't."

"Yes you will."

"No. I. Won't." My lips met his which took him by surprise but he soon melted into my touch.
"I won't, I promise."
He smiled and his whole face glowed.

"I'll tell you everything."
