"So what's your favourite colour?" The girl who liked purple asked from across the train table.

"I like my name, Harry"

"Hello Harry, I like my name too, Asheley."

"With the E?" I asked, just incase I'd say it wrong.

"Yep" Asheley said popping the P.

"Well it is very nice to meet you, Asheley" I smiled then took out my phone, I'd shoved it into my pocket earlier and now the headphone wires were tangled again.

"I hate it when that happens" Asheley smiled over to me untangling the white wires.

I smiled back and continued to ungroup the plastic strings.

The train went from dark to darker every-so-often as we'd go through a tunnel that would leave our cabin darker than being lit by the moon. There were a few yellow shimmers coming down from the ceiling but other then that it was very dark. The strands of Asheleys hair caught on to whatever light it could find and glistened along with her dark eyes.

She would make a great serial killer in a movie...

"Why are you going to London then?" I looked up to Asheleys intrigued eyes that were now closer to me as she leant on her arms over the table.

"I wanna see the lights" I said simply looking out of the window, scanning the distance for the speckles of light coming from houses and offices.

"How long for?"

"Forever"

"We are traveling all this way to see some lights and then we're go-" Asheley was crinkling her face up more and more in confusion so I interrupted...

"Better then dying"

"Better then you dying" She kept eye contact but it wasn't the feeling of understanding i got from those brown circles this time, it was like a thousand little daggers piercing my green eyes causing them to water slightly, only slightly.

"I didn't have to save you!" I said, it was true. Maybe what I'd said was harsh, but it definitely was true.

"Thanks..." She looked down into her arms.

"But I did, that's why you're here" I said, moving my arm across to nudge her out of her hole.

She just looked up and smiled, it was genuine.

The train came to a stop and the sound of a soda bottle opening came again.

"Lets find some food" I said standing out of my seat, pulling my backpack over my shoulders.

"You brought money?" The smile that was still plastered on her face grew.

"I thought you kinda needed money to live, it's actually quite a bit of money too. Life saving..." I jumped out of the train, imagining sharks where the gap was placed in between the train and the stone platform.

I turned to take Asheley's hand and she gripped it back, jumping like I had. When we were walking through the lit tunnel out of the station I noticed her looking back at the train leaving... Probably imagining what would have happened if I hadn't of saved her.
