Meeting my mate.....

I purred as the little Daniel's hand caressed my skin. It felt good to my itchy skin. I licked his hand appreciating his affection – he was bestowing at me. Hope the way he has accepted, my mate showers me with equal love. I cooed.

"Oh so you're enjoying it little Bella," I was perplexed when he asked but then reality dawned on me. I had actually cooed loudly gaining his attention. It was really embarrassing for my human self. And since I wasn't human I didn't feel embarrassed."I'm sorry. I can't feed you right now. I'll do it as soon as mom comes. Till then we will be in our room."

I licked his hand in response, and he tickled me behind my ears. It wasn't​ very comfortable with the bugs eating me there.

Wasn't Sammy supposed to make me bug resistant? She should've known, I might be bug prone.

Though she ought to apologize for her carelessness but my stupid conscience declined that already burdened by her generosity and help. If not for her, it was never possible to come here.

I sighed inside, inaudibly. And kept my head on his lap. My eyes closed in pleasure and extreme bliss swept inside me when he caressed there where bugs were crawling and biting. My eyes closed in pleasure and satisfaction and I went into deep sleep.

I thought so! But never that was near to sleep. It was something between blinking and nap. And credit goes to my mate.

The intoxicating blend aroma of wood and chocolate flipped my heart. He was here.

"Eli mate is here. We need to go!" Rap squealed in happiness and I smiled dreamily which soon dropped as realisation struck me hard. No way I can go there when I don't even know if he know that I'm his mate or may be he could some how magically find out that I'm not a dog.

"He won't." Rap sneered and I cringed," I can't."

"I'm afraid..."

"You're being nervous and nothing more. Believe witch Sammy, she adores you dearly and she won't push you in danger intentionally."

"I know. I trust her. But may be her disguise vanishes before him," I said frustrated.

"You're being stupid," she roared.

I know I was being stupid, and my reasons were pathetic but seriously I didn't have the gut to meet him, not now.

"So be the coward you're. You stay in your shell while I leave."

Excuse me? What nonsense!

"How could you leave me apart when we both are one?" I asked clearly frustrated by her previous announcement.

"I won't leave you but I'll 'leave'!"

"You can't..."

"Why?" She sneered at me.

I fumbled before I retorted," I'm your in-command" I mentally patted my back for my witty remark, but the little winning celebration got overed as soon as she jumped off his lap.

He shouted 'aww' and jumped in surprise.

"Wha.."

"Right now I am!" And I scowled as she started running towards the beast.

Rooms after room passed as we ran from Little Daniel's room. I didn't talked to her since then. I was angry that she prioritized mate before me.

"Always!"

I ignored her. That doesn't mean I wasn't perplexed but asking her like was bending down my ego and which I would never do.

"I'll always prioritize him before you," she just like that placed her view, not caring about my hurt.

"Don't be sad..." She started and I didn't responded her instead shut her off. My part is betraying me for him and believe me however how much I want a mate, I just wish to give him tough time to make sure I release my anger on him for snatching my wolf.

I kept running with Daniel running behind me and shouting for me. The wolf inside me didn't bothered to pay attention to him when all I can feel was fear emanating from him. Why was he scared?
