New Mission

3rd Persons POV

"What are you doing here" they turned around and saw Yuki.

"Yuki-nee!" Ayumi screamed happily and run to her smiling.

"Ayumi what are the both of you doing here," Yuki asked looking at Hibari and then back to Ayumi.

"When I wanted to go home I got lost and Onii-san brought me home." she said.

"Wasn't dad supposed to bring you home?" She asked.

"He didn't come so I went alone" She said still smiling.

"Wait what he didn't come?" she asked

"Too-san is probably busy with work." Ayumi said.

"Work?" Yuki asked confused.

"As a lawyer" she turned around to Hibari as to what he said.

"Yeaahhh...right a lawyer...." she turned back to Ayumi.

Hibari looked confused.

"She paused?" He thought to himself.

"Anyway, what's with the teacher? They let you go alone?" She asked

"I didn't tell them that, I just went home. Too-san is probably busy with work. Also I'm already 8 so it's fine. I'm old enough." Ayumi said

"You didn't tell them? Ayumi you can't just go. They will worry about you. Since you are already 8 and old enough, why don't you go inside and call them Ayumi. You can do it alone, since you are old enough right?. Go call them, and inform them that you are at home." Yuki said.

"But onee-sannn I don't like phone calls. Can't you do it?"

"No, see it as your punishment. Now go, I have to talk with Hibari-san. And don't try any tricks, because I will know if you do.

"Hai Yuki-nee" Ayumi said pouting and went inside.

Yuki turned to look at Hibari.

"Thanks for bringing Ayumi home." She said. Hibari was still angry from the last time, so he just answered with

"Hn" as he was about to leave, Yuki grabed Hibaris sleeve and stopped him. He turned back around and looked at her, waiting for her to talk. Yuki was looking down, not beeing sure how to start the conversation and fiddled with Hibaris sleve, which she grabed earlier. All Hibari could think about was 

>I'm supposed to be mad at her.........so why does she have to be so cute. <

"Hibari-san.." Yuki finally looked at him

"For what happend yesterday... thank you and ...I'm sorry. "

"Why?"

"...? What?"

"Why did you protect him? I could have gotten rid of him right there and then. Didn't he hurt you? So why did you protect him?"

"Th-thats a little more complicated."

"Tetsuya can do todays night patrol, so I have Time."

"No.. I'm sorry Hibari-san, but I don't want to get you involved in my mess" Yuki says while looking back down.

*sigh* Hibari aproaches Yuki. He put his hand on her cheek. Yuki looked back up with a slight blush on her cheeks.

"I really want to say, that I have to get involved anyways, since he is disturbing the peace of Namimori, but....for the first time... that isn't the only reason." Hibari said while keeping his eyes on Yuki, and his hand on her cheek.
