there he was on my screen again. he looked very tired and his hair was messier than yesterday. probably because he just woke up. "i'm really sorry for disturbing and i know it's still early morning, but i have this test in math today and-" i looked back at him after looking down and around in my papers, and he was just sitting there smiling. "why aren't you interrupting me?"

"why would i?"

"because i'm annoying and-- okay let's not change subject." i could hear him laughing from the speakers of my computer. "okay, do you know how to calculate the volume of a cylinder?"

"well, i guess-"

"because i don't understand anything at all."

"basically, you- wait, do you know how to calculate the area of a circle?"

"yeah, it's... eh..." i checked around in my papers. "it'sssssss-" i said and kept searching until I found the exact page. "yeah ok i got it."

"great." he smiled. "then you just take the area of the bottom circle, times the height." i slowly turned my head up from the papers to look at him with a confused face. "...you don't understand, huh?" i shook my head quickly. "why didnt you practice for this before the same day as the test?!" he laughed and i gave him a death look.

"she did not" i exclaimed between laughter.

"yes she did, i'm serious!"

"so your mom 'accidently' leaked babypictures of you to all your classmates?" he nodded and i continued laughing. "that is insane."

he brought his phone back up again as he was probably scrolling through Instagram or something like that.

"what a cute case you've got," i said and giggled a bit. it was a big case, shaped as the character 'happy' from Fairy Tail.

"you watch anime?"

"a bit. i read manga though."

"ah, i watch anime instead of reading the manga, haha."

"wow, so lazy." he pointed his tongue out towards me and i did the same. "what time is it?" i asked as he continued looking into his phone.

"a quarter past."

"....past what?"

"nine, why?"

i went silent. "...shit." i rushed off my bed and pulled my stuff together in a hurry. "school starts in five, gotta go."

"good luck with the test!" he said and waved before i ended the call.
