"you can stay tonight, (y/n), I'll take you back in the morning." sonic says, bringing you out of your thoughts.
"thanks," you reply
He leads you to the guest room, explaining about his little buddy Tails, who he shares the house with.
The room itself is fairly plain, pale creams and wooden furniture dominate, though there are a few splashes of (f/c) on a few items. He hands you a red t-shirt. It's too big for you, but will serve its purpouse. You notice it's a girl's one and look at him for clarification.
"A friend lives here with me, she's my rival's girlfriend though, so he stays over most nights, including tonight." Sonic explains.
"Okay, thanks again Sonic, I do appreciate this." you say.
"Its no biggie (y/n), just keep smiling." he replies.
"You're right,"
"'night, (Y/N), If you need anything, I'm in the room with the blue door."
"Goodnight Sonic," yet he's already gone.
you change into the top, turn the light off, climb into the bed and fall asleep to the sound of a door opening.
