"Pace, Honey! Wake up! Wake up" My mommy shook me waking me up, next to her was a sleepy Phoenix rubbing his eyes with his chubby little hands

Our mother held our hands and rushed us up to our dads office where she pressed a button well hidden behind a book

"Paisley, Phoenix run down the tunnel and wait on the other side, your uncle Oliver will come and get y'all. Please go with him and stay in his pack" she panted out very exhausted for some reason.

"Mommy, what's going on? Where are you going? Why aren't you coming with us? Where's daddy?" Phoenix asked mum, even in her tired state she let out a chuckle

"Phee, I must help your father fight with his pack and help him protect them, always love your sister and take care of her, I must go now but know that mummy and daddy love y'all, always have and always will. Paisley, Phoenix-" she was about to say something but heard a howl resonate

"You must go now" she said her face tear stained, as she kissed us on our foreheads and ushered us into the tunnel. "Stay together" is what she told us last.

"Pace, hold my hand tight and don't let go okay?" Phoenix told me. He had tears streaming down his chubby face, I simply nodded no words coming out of my mouth.

I could feel the wetness of tears on my face but ignored it as I ran along with Phoenix my hand in his my only sense of comfort at that moment.

We waited at the other side, and soon Uncle Oliver came, he was dad's half-brother. He bent down and hugged us tight not bothered by the fact that our tears were spoiling his shirt, holding our hands he tugged us to his car and zoomed off.

That was the last time we saw them.

"Bitch! Kiss my feet" I yelled at Declan, after I beat him at air hockey, again.

"Phee Bear, look at how she's talking to me. Don't be mean to me" Declan, our cousin pouted and looked at my brother who was busy playing on his PS4

We were currently in the games room of our uncles pack, hearing Declan grumble Phoenix simply flipped him off and returned back to his game mumbling a 'don't call me that'

I just smirked at Declan and he huffed "What and ever" he said in the sassiest voice he could muster "I'd rather not spoil my manicure" he said flapping his hands and imitating a preppy cheerleader.

I laughed at his silliness. "Phee, I'm bored can you stop playing video games so we can do something" I called out to my twin, he let out an exaggerated sigh and paused his game

"What do you want to do Pace?" He replied turning towards us, "Why can she call you Phee" Declan asked, "Because she's my baby sister" he replied and turned to switch off his game while I just creepily smiled at Declan mouthing a 'Favorite'. While he just puffed out air from his nose and mouthed a 'Loser' back.

"Let's go for a run" Phoenix said jumping over the couch he was siting on previously

"Actually. I know what we can do" Declan said with a fat ass smile on his face, it looked like his face was going to tear.

"Oh Shit." I muttered looking at his face. Declan always had the craziest ideas ever.

That's how we ended up playing 'paintball' in the alphas backyard, no when I say backyard I meant the whole fucking forest.

The rules were simple, you get hit you're out.

I held the gun to my chest and slowly walked behind the trees, leaves crunching under my feet I scrunched my face at the sound. I heard a twig snap and pivoted on my foot with the gun clutched to myself, we didn't need the protective gear because of our super healing.

I saw Declan's body behind a tree and snickered, idiot thought he could hide behind that skinny tree, hearing some noise he tip toed facing his back to me. What an idiot.

"Yo! Declan" I spoke, he turned so fast if he was a human he would've got whiplashed, too bad I was faster. I pressed the trigger and in no time he was covered in color. Getting out my iPhone I yelled "Say Cheese" and took a picture of him standing there mouth wide open, eyes in shock and color all over his body. Perfect. Blackmail. material.

Snapping out of the trance, he growled and ran after me with his gun. "You're going to regret this Pace" He yelled, while I just laughed like a maniac

I could see Phoenix coming from the other side, Oh shit. Seeing Declan and me he ran towards us i shot at Declan hitting him on his hand, when he decided to be dramatic and yelled "Man down, save yourself Pace, don't let the monster get to you" and he faked his death falling on the ground

Laughing I ran ahead till I was at a distance with my gun pointed towards Phoenix, and his gun pointed towards me. I didn't notice but we must've reached the front of the house near the main door. "Give up brother, you're not going to shoot me" I said smugly, "not happening sister, especially when you only have what? One bullet" He looked at me smirking as I noticed my last bullet. Damn.

Now I'm not kidding when I say this happened in slow motion- okay it didn't but I'd like to pretend it did. I was about to shoot the bullet when Declan the idiot tackled me by my foot pulling me down, loosing my balance I pressed the trigger I know it hit someone because I heard it but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Phoenix because He was standing beside me, his bullet hitting me on my arm.

I couldn't see who I hit as Declan the fat ass was lying on top of me but it must've been bad because Phoenix looked at the person with his mouth wide open.

Someone coughed and I pushed Declan off me slapping my pants to get rid of the dirt, and that's when I saw our Alpha aka Oliver our uncle, Luna and another alpha standing there.

The worst part was the other alpha had a bullet size pink mark right in the center of his black shirt, my last bullet, the alpha looked at it growling a bit and looked back up with his jaw clenched.

Declan and me stood there, I gulped loud I'm pretty sure everyone heard it but were too scared to say anything.

That's till my brother uttered one word I'm sure everyone was secretly thinking, "Fuck"
