Lester left the suit case behind, and I follow him out of the office back down the hallway to the main room of the strip club.

"Let's find T." He turned to me.

I assume T is Trevor, and as we walk through the curtain and passed the bouncer from before, I look though the crowd for him.

"It is embarrassingly crowded in here for noon on a Thursday." He joked. I laughed with him quietly. "Oh, there he is. At the bar. I should have known."

We walked to the bar where Trevor was leaning against, speaking to a patron. He glanced around the room before his eyes caught mine. His eyes lit up and I heard him exclaim, "Frankie, this is the girl I told you about."

"Frankie" turned and looked at me, very obviously. He turned back to Trevor and said, "Damn. Where did Lester find her?"

Lester spoke, "Don't mind these idiots, Eden. They aren't used to speaking to women."

"Oh really, Lester? And you are used to speaking to women?" Trevor laughed. His face then grew serious and he stood next to me. I found it funny that Trevor wouldn't be used to talking to women since he had hooked up with one of his employees minutes before meeting me. "Eden, this is my friend Franklin, he will accompany us on certain occasions. And Franklin, keep your eyes off of Eden, she is taken."

"I'm not taken." I laughed.

"Yes you are. I called dibs." I laughed again, and he smirked. He put his hand on my shoulder, close to my neck. "I hope that is alright with you, doll face."

He rubbed his thumb against my skin. "I'm not really anyone's to call dibs on, right? I am a person with my own rights and wants."

He took his hand off me and quickly added, "Well, of course you are. I just can't get over how jealous you looked after Juliet walked out of my office earlier." I blushed, and looked away.

I realized Lester was not with us anymore, and they didn't seem to notice him just leaving. "Where did Lester go?"

"I dunno. He just wanders off some times. Probably looking for children to molest." Trevor paused and looked at Franklin before looking back at me. "Oh, you thought I was serious? It was a joke, doll face. You have to get used to my sense of humor. I mean Lester the Molester? Its like child abuse, that name."

"You'll have to excuse T, he has no filter. And it is hard to tell when he is joking and when he is being serious. Sorry dawg, but you are one hard to read dude."

"That is okay. You didn't hurt my feelings." Trevor laughed before resting his arm on my shoulder. "Wow, you sure are tiny. How old are you?"

"T, you don't ask a lady her age. What is wrong with you?" Franklin said before sipping his drink.

"Oh, right. I'm sorry."

"See, no filter."

Trevor led me out to the parking lot. Lester stood against the wall. When he saw us, he came to us.

"Do you have a car?" Lester asked me.

"No, but I share one with my brother. I left it with him."

"That is okay. Since I no longer can drive and my last assistant trashed the businesses van, you can drive my Asea. I know it is a piece of shit, but its better than the bus, am I correct."

"Yes, sir. Thank you very much."

"I'm not just giving you my car, Eden. If I need a lift somewhere you have to take me."

"That is not a problem."

"Okay... Well I'm going to need a lift home. Conveniently, there is a GPS in the car. That should help you get to know the area. Any questions, you can ask in the car. Say goodbye to Trevor." Lester got into the passenger seat of the bright blue Asea.

Trevor sighed. "You should probably give me your number. You know, for business purposes."

"Probably." I laughed as I put my number into his phone. "Well, it was nice meeting you, Trevor."

"You bet it was. Drive safe, beautiful."

I got into the car, and couldn't wipe that stupid smile off my face.
