Bedlam
I shouldn't have eaten that hamburger. The thing made me sick on my watch shift... If only. Now I'm sitting 20 feet below the surface of the sea, shivering in the dark hull of our biggest battle ship, the Desailor (Bob painted it). I can't believe they hit us with the Subaquaticus, the biggest ship in their fleet.
They came from over the mainland and hit the base with a EMP strong enough to knock out Mega City. Then they flew high and opened fire from their main cannon, crippling our defensive system. I tried getting into one of the fighters when the hangar floor started shaking. Bombs were going off all over the place--walls, planes, fuel tanks, even the chest of flight suits blew up. The only thing spared was the group fighter, which rebelliously stood in a small crater on the runway, streaked with burn marks. Four figures rushed out of a doorway to my left, my team: Titan, Bob, Cherel, and Glenda. They reached the group fighter before I did, when it blew up--probably a delayed fuse--killing them all instantly with a raging fireball or molten metal. I dropped to my knees under the shock wave when shrapnel flew into my shoulder shearing an emblem into my shoulder... a cursive, capital "A". Looking at it I realized it's meaning--my brother had betrayed us.
I bolted down the stairway to the ship, slamming the emergency drop button, and leapt inside, as chains started pulling the ship's giant bulk under the sea, appearing to sink in shame. I felt the blast before I heard Subaquaticus start blowing huge, gaping holes into our base in the mountains, the cannons now on full power. That's why I'm sitting here underwater scheming, on how to exact revenge and serve justice, with a new team...

Cascade and Infinity Fortress
Cascade and Infinity Fortress are two young superheroes, living in and operating of San Francisco. At first glance, one would assume that they were too inexperienced to work with professional superheroes like myself. But they were the patrons of two Eastern deities, Susanoo and Hachiman respectively. They are extremely powerful and while they themselves might not be experienced, the experiences of their patron Gods bridge that gap.
I landed in San Francisco as soon as I could, and got in contact with the local police department which Cascade and Infinity Fortress associated with. They scheduled a conference for us, set two hours from now.
"No." Infinity Fortress said sternly. "We're not going to join your team."
"Why not?" I asked.
"We're already going through school, we wouldn't be very reliable." Cascade answered.
"And we don't want to get attached to some big superhero team." Infinity Fortress added.
"We'll still help out from time to time." Cascade said.
"If you need us and we can be there, we'll be there." Infinity Fortress interjected.
"So consider us reserves, but not cores." Cascade concluded.
"Hm." I said and walked out of the conference room, putting an x on them in my mental check list.
Leokane
After riding a plane to the well known city of Zürich in Switzerland. I was apprehended by the landing guard. Apparently super humans aren't allowed in Switzerland anymore. After 2 hours of investigations, I was thrown (literally) into a cell with a really broad-shouldered, buff guy covered with fur.
"Hey." the figure grunted.
"What are you in here for? Werewolves aren't superhuman." I asked.
"They think so... as of last year"
He replied.
"That's dumb. What's your name?" I inquired.
