~Calum's POV~
I brought another cup back to Kat, and she looked at me with sadness in her eyes.
"I want to go to bed." She said, and I nodded, and pointed to the cup in her hands.
"Then drink it."
She rolled her eyes and downed it, handing me the cup. "Can I go to bed now?!" She glared, and I nodded.
"Yes. But don't do anything stupid!" I yelled at her walking figure, and she just flipped me off. I couldn't help but smile.
I mean, I should be mad that she flipped me off, but how could I?
I'm in love with my dead best friends sister, and I couldn't do anything about it.
She slammed her door shut and I groaned laying back against the couch.
Michael appeared. My old best friend.
Who's also dead now.
He's a ghost and apparently I can see him.
He smirked at me and I gave him annoyed look as he floated around the living room, like he was swimming. "Ya know..." He started and looked at me. "Christmas is coming up."
I had wide eyes. "Dude! I totally forgot! She loves Christmas!"
I couldn't help but smile as I went down to the basement and grabbed two boxes labeled Christmas.
I walked back upstairs and grabbed my keys making him confused.
"Your leaving her here?" He asked and I nodded smiling.
"I have to surprise her."
"With what?!" He asked confused following me out to my car and I chuckled.
"Dude. A Christmas tree. What else?" He just nodded and sat in the front seat as we drove to the Christmas tree place.
And it fucking started snowing and I'm in just a hoodie!!
"This is gonna suck." I mumbled and he laughed following me up and down the isles of trees.
"Which one Hood? Which one are you gonna get her." He smiled and I looked around and my gaze paused on a medium sized tree.
Not to big.
Not to small.
But just right.
I smiled and picked it up walked to the man, paying for the tree and I laid it on the top of my car, taking rope from the trunk and tying it so It wouldn't fall off.
Mikey smiled as he got into the front seat once more and we drove home.
I was finally able to get the tree inside, only to hear footsteps on the stairs. "WHAT IS WITH ALL THE NOISE CAL." Kat yelled and I smirked.
"Come and see!" I yelled, and I heard her grumble and come over and she paused.
"Calum..." She said softly, and she actually smiled.
Smiled.
"It's beautiful." She said, as her eyes got watery and she walked over hugging me. "How did you know?"
I smiled, and hugged her back with my free hand. "I know everything I need to about you Kat. I know this is what will cheer you up."
Behind her Mikey was pointing to himself like it was his idea the whole time and I glared at him, but then smiled.
Mouthing him a thank you.
