Mine

I felt lips against my skin, trailing kisses from the right side of my cheek down my neck to my collarbone before I felt hands caress the bare skin from just below my breast along my rib cage down to my hip bone causing a shiver to run through my body and I opened my eyes. I was met with his deep mocha eyes shining back at me with a crooked grin on his face.  I took this chance to take him in. He looked happy, which I hadn't seen him be before. He seemed to glow in fact.

"Your beautiful when you sleep." He whispered as he ran his hand along my face, causing me to close my eyes and lean into him. 

Heart to my dying light, bullet to your rose, then I want you better fold.

"You know, your smile is infectious." I said barely above a whisper, almost mouthing the words. That caused his smile to widen.

"Thanks baby girl." My heart melted hearing him call me that. I loved hearing that come out of his mouth.

My nails dug into his back as he thrust deeper into me, his arms locked around me as he began to pick up his pace. His face was right above mine, teasing my lips with his being just barely millimeters away from mine. Causing me to crave his lips against mine.  Us intertwined together is how I wanted it. This is how I wanted it to stay.

This is what I imagined as love. Two people being intertwined together in such an intimate way and in doing so become one. This is what I was craving. I needed this. I was gonna fight for this.
