Once I thought I was in control,
but that was just another trick of fate,
            playing with my life.

Priscilla sat on John's bed, scribbling words down in a notebook she had found in one of John's drawers. Tears fell quietly down her snow white cheeks.

Pulling her knees toward her swollen belly, she felt the walls of her life crashing in on her.

            Two hearts beating,
            In this place you made,
            You know nothing changes,
            My Antarctica.

Mimi knocked suddenly on the door, holding a glass of milk.

"Priscilla?" she said softy as she entered the room.

Priscilla dried her eyes, "Yes."

"I've brought you some milk." She said with a smile.

"Thanks." Priscilla said as she reached for the glass.

"You know you are welcome here, with or without John."

Priscilla smiled in spite of her tears.

Mimi noticed Priscilla's clothes were fitting rather tight around her growing belly.

"Care to go to the shops this week? Buy some new clothes?" Mimi said as she sat next to Priscilla.

"I'm off Saturday." Priscilla said softly.

"Saturday it is."

"Mimi?"

"Yes Priscilla."

"Do you think he is thinking of me?"

"I'm sure he is." Mimi said with a smile before leaving the room.

Priscilla stared blankly at the words she had written in the notebook. She began once again thinking about John and Paul. She began to imagine what they were doing.

Was John happy to be with him or sad to be without me? Are theY sleeping in the same bed? Are they kissing? Making love? Having sex? FUCKING?

Angrily taking the book, she threw it across the room.

Just then, a small folded piece of paper fell out of the book onto the floor.

Padding across the room, Priscilla picked up the paper, slowly opening it.

As the paper unfolded, a small photograph slid out:
