For Now or Forever

Night Plans

                 After about ten minutes or so Alex came up with an idea "hey remember in the beginning of junior year when we snuck out to go to Jackie's party." "Yea I told my parents I'd be at your house and you said you would be at mine but we just crashed with Jackie since her parents were gone, why what are you thinking." "I wanna do it again but this time instead of going to a party lets me and you come back here start a fire and camp out here, we can have a night for just the two of us we can go home pack some blankets and snacks maybe I'll even be able to grab some beer." Sam loved the idea the two hadn't spent much time alone recently when they did someone was either close by or bound to show or soon but a whole night just the two of them, that was exactly what they needed no parents no school no worries just two people in love spending the night under the stars so Sam excitedly agreed with Alex's idea. "Sounds great but if we're gonna be sleeping in here the old girls gonna need some cleaning" after a looks around the bus and nods. :Yea maybe we should just crash in the car tonight and we can take our time cleaning this place and sleep in here some other time." "Yea that should be fine we have the rest of our lives to do what ever we want no need to rush anything." Sam pulled Alex closer tightening their embrace but after only a few seconds Alex decided it was time to go home to eat and get ready for their night together.

                Once the couple made it back to the house they share a quick kiss before Alex drove off and Sam went inside and straight upstairs to start packing. It only took about five minutes to have a bag packed and Sam was going over a checklist. " Pillow check, blanket check, change of clothes check okay that should be everything I need but I feel like I'm forgetting something." Less then a second later a voice could be heard from downstairs. "Sam, Jason dinner is ready." The shout made it very clear what had been forgotten, permission. "Right I guess I should make sure mom and dad are cool with this first." After opening the bedroom door and seeing Jason the siblings began to race down for dinner like they have done since they were little. Once seated their mom put plates in front of both of them with plates loaded with ham, potatoes, and corn which was the favorite meal of both of the siblings so as the began to devour their food Sam was waiting for the right time to bring up the plans for tonight which came up thanks to Jason letting out a very large burp causing everyone to laugh a little except for their mom. "Jason that was disgusting and say excuse me" after a few more seconds of laughing he calms down and replies. "Yea mom sorry about that excuse me but you gotta admit that was a good one." This caused even mom to crack a smile. "I've heard better so anyway how was your day I feel like I haven't seen you two at all today." Jason started talking before Sam could even get a word out, talking about how him and a few friends spent the majority of the day at the skate park he had picked up skating near the time Sam and Alex had quit skating and really got into it even if he isn't as good as either of them once were. Jason went on for about fifteen minutes talking before his mom cut him off and asked about Sam's day.

               "So you and Alex were gone from the time you woke up until just a little bit ago you two weren't getting into any trouble were you" this made their dad laugh at his wife's comment "you know you can ask how their day was without implying they did something wrong" after a short pause he continued "you didn't did you." a little annoyed by the lack of trust but slightly more amused by their behavior Sam responded. "No we didn't cause any trouble we just hung out in the park and Alex wanted me to see if I could spend the night you don't mind do you." Sam's dad said it was fine with him but as most moms are she wasn't gonna give her approval so easily and began with any questions she could think of. "Is it gonna just be the two of you all night or will Alex's parents be home." "They should both be there unless one of them needs to work they hardly ever work on the weekend let alone both of them working." "The two of you wont be sneaking off to a party like last time will you your eighteen now the cops will arrest you not just call us like that time." "I know and we haven't gone to a party since then things just got out of hand that night." With a small sigh Sam's mom gave in. "Fine but If you get in any trouble I'm not bailing you out this time." "Deal." Sam said with a smile then they continued to finish eating until Jason started talking again. "Wait did you guys just say Sam and Alex got arrested at some party why haven't I heard about this what did they do." Their mom was the first to respond. "That's a story for another time now finish eating before it gets cold." so they all finished their dinner in silence.

hey i don't know if anyone is really following the story but for anyone i might have left waiting i just want to say sorry it took me so long I'll try to release the next part sooner and as a slight spoiler I'm just gonna let you know they next part will be about Alex's home life.
