Prologue:
'Social differences are mostly based on accident of birth. Normally we don't choose to belong to our community or religion. We belong to it simply because we were born into it.
But not all social differences are based on birth, some are based on our choice. Some people choose to follow a religion other than the one in which they were born while there are some people who are atheists. They don't believe in god or any religion.'

Dedication:
To all those people who lost their homes and even family members to the brutality of the India-Pakistan partition of 1947 and also their descendants.
This story is based on some true incidents so I pay homage to all those women who suffered and met the end of their lives.
This is also for some of the most wonderful people who have been a part of my life-
Mehnaz, Asif, Asif-ul and Fardeen
And finally this is for YOU, my beloved readers.
Disclaimer:
I have done a lot of research before undertaking this project, I have especially watched the documentary made by BBC on the Ind-Pak partition of 1947, so all the statements regarding religion that I am going to write are not my own opinions but these are really what people at that time felt towards the opposite religion, so I am totally not responsible for any statement that you felt had hurt your feelings, I am simply going to portray what had happened at that time, what feelings the different religions had for each other and in the midst bring out a story for you.
And please I don't want any kind of abusive language used in the comments section making a comment on some other religion, I totally hate this kind of things and if I find anyone violating this, I will be forced to report you. Also I should not find any debates on religious issues.
Thank you for embarking on this journey with me.
