"I can do it, all I have to do is tell him I love him and he'll be mine, right?" Chara thought to herself, clearly just telling herself that
"Huh? Oh yeah, what is it?" Paps said, waiting for her response
"Well... umm... y-you see... I... uhh..." She couldn't think of the words to respond, and thoughts started running through her head.
"What if he says no, I mean he basically just met you, and if he says no, it's over... well... maybe not over but it'll make plans alot more complicated..." She kept thinking different scenarios that could happen.
She let's out a sigh and says "N-Nevermind, it's... not important" sounding slightly upset again
"Umm... ok?" Paps said kinda confused and started walking away
Chara followed him home, just to make sure he made it safely before going back to her empty household, still thinking to herself
"Well what if he said yes, that was your chance and you blew it"
"Heh... it doesn't matter, it's not like that's gonna be my only chance right... right?"
