You set my soul on fire
Your lips sewn to mine
As the flames grew higher
My dear, we're running out of time
We are no longer healthy with isolation
The fire is fed by promises unkept
I'm losing my foundation
Structure lost as I become inept
My walls have been burnt down
I look to you for safety
And you're nowhere to be found
You broke down and left me
My tears are not enough
The flames rage on
I thought I was tough
